On the occasion of a wedding in the area, we spent a nice weekend as a group of friends in the fantastic accommodation. Everything was clean and tidy on arrival and we found everything we needed on site. The furnishings have charm and invite you to feel good. Communication with Philipp was also flawless and was very reliable and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

We really enjoyed our girls' weekend at Marita's. It is nice and quiet and within walking distance of Lake Tankum. It was very clean and we felt very comfortable :-)

For the 2nd time here it was something like coming home. :-) Slept very well, being awaken beautifully by the birdsong in the trees. It's wonderful without wifi, an advantage for me.

We spent our 1st vacation home holiday with our 2 German shepherds at Elke's and were thrilled from the start. The house and the garden were exactly as described. The welcoming gestures for us and our four-legged friends also surprised us very pleasantly. We felt welcome and at home right from the start. We were (unfortunately) only there on a short trip, with two children and a dog. The apartment is exactly as described and very clean. It is fully furnished from A to Z. We felt right at home. There was parking directly in the private courtyard. The communication was quick and easy. Happy to come back anytime! Thanks again!

What a great spot! Peaceful street. Plenty of parking on the street in front of the house (very secure). The place was spotless. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped. The apartment is in really good condition, it really has everything you need when traveling and the small details (fresh eggs, coffee powder, toothbrushes, deodorant, etc.) make the accommodation particularly pleasant. I felt extremely comfortable!

A top place to stay. The apartment was quietly located, there was a carport for the car. There were three of us in the apartment, each had its own area. We felt very comfortable. Everything was as described, very clean, the beds comfortable. Check-in and check-out were super easy and flexible. The host is very friendly and responds quickly to questions. We spent a few nice days in Goslar with our friends and 2 young children. The place was super nice, perfect for our needs and left nothing to be desired. All communication and handling was friendly and straightforward. If we travel to the region again, we would immediately choose this apartment again.

I had a great stay at Sylvia’s flat! The apartment was very nice and had everything I needed—pots, pans, and all the essentials were provided, which made things really convenient. The location was also great, with several public transport stops nearby, so getting around the city was easy. It's a quiet neighborhood too, which is perfect if you're sensitive to noise. Sylvia herself is such a lovely host—super friendly and easy to get along with. She was very helpful throughout my stay. All in all, a really comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

Fabulous apartment in Braunschweig. Very stylishly furnished and cozy. The sunny balcony in particular invites you to relax. Very clean and well equipped. We would come back anytime!

Lovely apartment, very clean, tidy & spacious. Comfy beds including the day beds. Very central to the city and train station. Highly recommended. It is on the 2nd floor & no lift so just bear this in mind if u have heavy baggage…. Absolutely would recommend!!!
