Our apartment with free private parking is located by the park, through which you can reach the city center in 10-15 minutes on foot. Bus stop 50 m away. Entrance via the terrace in front of the living room to the street (quiet). Lovingly and comfortably furnished old building apartment, 60 square meters. Wi-Fi and second TV in the bedroom, bathroom with tub, shower and washing machine), kitchenette at the end of the hallway. Five steps connect the living room with the dining room. If the apartment is not rented out, I use it personally.

This modern designed apartment is located in the historic house of the dance master, right on the Schlossplatz, in the middle of Wolfenbüttel. Despite the central location, you will stay here quietly and surrounded by greenery. The balcony is suitable for both breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening, or simply to relax with bird chirping. The extra-wide window seats invite you to enjoy your morning coffee/tea overlooking the Schlossplatz, or directly at the castle. The apartment is 80 m².

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Bungalow direkt an einem riesigen Wald der zum Spazieren einlädt. In die City oder ins VW Werk beträgt die Fahrtzeit unter 10 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf, wie Bäcker oder Supermärkte, sind fussläufig erreichbar. Herzlich Willkommen!

Vacation home on the Drömling

Right on the Drömling, the unique biosphere reserve, is our apartment on the ground floor of a large farmhouse. It has a separate entrance. Parking with the possibility to charge the electric car is available right in front of the house. The courtyard property is completely fenced and therefore ideal for children. The swing, the sandbox and the stilt house may be played with, so that our dog, cats, chickens and ponies quickly become a minor matter. You are welcome to use the pool.

Five minutes by car from the A39, Braunschweig, Peine, Salzgitter, Wolfenbüttel and Hildesheim can be reached in less than 30 minutes. This makes the apartment ideal for events, trade fairs, seminars, etc. In particular, the proximity to companies such as Bosch, VW, Salzgitter AG, MAN and a few more, makes this apartment interesting for fitters.

Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

The house is quietly located in a turning hammer and is surrounded by old trees and therefore perfect for families with children. It's just a few minutes' walk to Tankum Lake. At the lake there is a beach, pedal boats, stand up paddle boards, mini golf, football field, volleyball net, barbecue areas and various gastronomic offerings. The surrounding nature invites you to extensive walks, hikes and bike tours.
