3 goat kids born Jan 22nd! Come see them, as they grow up fast! Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Even before checking into Virna’s place, we felt so welcomed by her messages. She had very helpful directions to the house and left the porch lights on since we would be arriving late at night. She left us fresh eggs from her hens and the house was so clean and inviting. It is so charmingly decorated and we didn’t want for a thing. The kids loved the bunk beds too. My family and I would absolutely stay there again.

The unit was perfectly located in downtown Woodstock with a very easy walk to all the amenities and activities of the downtown. The unit was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable. The electrical fireplace being turned on upon arrival was a very nice touch. Our only issue was created by us. We accidentally locked the door handle when walking out. We had left the car keys in the unit during our walk. Upon returning and opening the deadbolt with the keypad we found that we had locked the handle. Since there was no key provided we were locked out of the unit without our car keys. We reached out to our host at 9:45 AM. We didn't hear back until about 6:30 PM. By this time we had worked through AirBNB to get a locksmith to the unit. AirBNB fully reimbursed us the cost of the locksmith. I say the above only to provide a note that if you stay in this beautiful unit be careful with the door handle lock. AWESOME STAY!

host was very kind and responded super quickly. the studio was private and had great amenities. the only thing I wish was improved was it was very easy to hear conversations and TV noise from the neighboring tenants. however when I brought this to the host, they were very proactive. great experience!

This tiny house was in the same property as the main house. It had all the amenities that you would need. Full bath and full kitchen. It was very comfortable and is perfect for a single traveller or a traveling couple. Check-in was flexible and the host responded quickly to any inquiries I had.

Had a great stay at Matthew's. We were only there for a few days and were very busy so we didn't get to enjoy the amenities he provides (games, gym, etc.) but it was a great location to use a base while in town. It is close to Woodstock, Roswell, and East Cobb, which is what we needed. We didn't try the Wi-Fi but there is a desk if you need to remote work. I recommend.
