This home has 1980 square feet and includes 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, 2 baths and two dining areas inside. Additionally there is a furnished and lighted patio which provides a third dining option.

Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. If traveling with little ones, the Hillcrest Cottage can comfortably accommodate one to two children for an additional fee.

The bedroom, bathroom, and main area all have separate entrances. The living area has a queen-sized sofa bed for additional guests.
