A perfect place to stay in a gorgeous setting and so peaceful

Sian's place was a perfect place for us to stay. Great location, clean and nicely decorated. Sian is a great communicator and everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The highlight was definitely the Hot tub – it was excellent and could easily fit four people comfortably. It was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was smooth. Would definitely stay again!

Easily accessible property when following the detailed instructions provided. Clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. Good value for money.

We stayed here with a nearly 1 year old and it was great! We were able to borrow most things we needed although Laura kindly offered to help us if we couldn’t source anything baby related. Really well kitted out and all completely as described. Amazing location in a lovely quiet area yet close to the buzz of West Didsbury. Laura and Jonny were so accommodating. A lovely stay.

Lovely place to stay next to a very interesting rural pub with friendly clientele and food! I thought the hosts were very responsive, generous and thoughtful and would recommend it to anyone.

Maria's apartment was absolutely amazing. First of all the location was fantastic and very easy to find. The actual apartment was as listed, a very well kept spacious apartment over looking a beautiful setting of a church grounds. Best of all though with this apartment was Maria and the staff at the pub. Absolutely brilliant amazing hosts, felt like we had known them ages, made us feel very welcomed and the restaurant food was outstanding. Cannot recommend this apartment, the stag inn and the village life highly enough. will be revisiting in the future.

Jon was a very responsive and helpful host. The apartment is ideally located just a minute off the promenade. There are local shops just round the corner and we felt safe and comfortable. The flat is spacious and comfortable, well equipped and family & pet friendly. Our grandkids loved it so much, they asked if we could come back in the summer! Thanks Jon!

Amazing place to relax, surrounded by nature and plenty of privacy. The home was spotless and clean, everything was as described. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it if you want to escape from the city life and have some peace & connect with the nature.

The property is beautiful and exquisite in design. Large TV’s in every room and all mod-cons. There is plenty of space for 4 adults to move around. There are also plenty of little extras in the kitchen like condiments and spices, tea, coffee etc. There is a large gas BBQ that we used and a fire pit in the centre of a large table. Fortunately one of us thought to bring wood as there wasn’t any provided and it’s such a lovely feature to have a blazing fire late at night whilst drinking & having good conversation. Maybe it’s an idea for the host Ash to either provide wood or to make note on the booking that guests are to provide their own. The pub next door is also really nice. I honestly didn’t want to leave and would say that a one night stay is not enough. My only negative would be that as check-in is not until 4pm & check-out is 10am that when you consider maybe 7 hours sleep you’re not actaully getting much time to enjoy the place especially if like us you go out for a few hours.

Spacious house with lots of thoughtful touches. Lovely outdoor area. Well-equipped kitchen. We wanted to stay in Hoole to be near friends but also an easy walk into Chester high street, lots of restaurants, shopping etc. Nearby street parking was quite tricky/very tight spaces, but we did always get a spot. Coop across the street. House felt clean and well looked after, although bathroom could be updated. Stairs steep if that is a concern for you, but our kids were fine with them. Host seemed very responsive but we didn’t need him because the house has everything (books, iron, games, etc). Overall a great stay and I would happily book again.

We had a wonderful stay at Katie's beautifully decorated home. The house is quiet and within walking distance to Ormskirk. We enjoyed exploring the local areas around the home too. Katie's communication was faultless and she had thought of everything to make us feel at home. Thank you!

Fabulous 2 night, weekend stay for 5 adults. Location was perfect for Chester city centre and racecourse. We parked 2 cars in the drive and 1 in front of the drive. Downstairs space was very large, plenty of sofas/chairs in the lounge and a large kitchen diner. Kitchen had a great supply of equipment, utensils and equipment. 3 upstairs bedrooms and 1 bathroom and the bonus of a downstairs shower room and toilet. Small decking outside and seating for 4, we brought a 5th seat and sat in the afternoon sun. Excellent Chinese takeaway Wing Wah 6 minutes walk, lovely meal at the Ship Inn 10 minutes walk. Very close to Chester city centre. We would highly recommend and would stay again.

Used the house as a base for 2 days mountain biking at Llandegla with my wife, 8 yr old son and myself. The location was great and the house exactly as described. It was clean, homely (but not cluttered) with a lovely bathroom and comfy beds. Plenty of the essentials were included (bubble bath, washing up liquid) and communication from the hosts was great. Would definitely recommend. John

Amazing place to stay! Me and friends felt extremely safe. It was close to everything we needed. Extremely clean and the beds were very comfy! Nothing bad to say at all! Would 100% recommend to friends and family and we will definitely be staying again!

Lovely apartment just outside the town centre with everything to see and do in close proximity. The apartment was clean and modern. The sofa and the bed were comfy and the bathroom was lovely. There was a table and chairs outside to sit and enjoy few drinks in the sun although it wasn’t warm enough for us to do so. I would recommend this to family and friends if they venture to Shrewsbury.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment. Beautifully decorated with great furniture. Spotlessly clean, stunning bathroom. Loved the little balcony and seating area. Would highly recommend. My only disappointment… all the books by the bed. I wanted to take them home and read them all. I will definitely be booking again. Lots of stunning places to visit we particularly liked Ironbridge and Much Wenlock. Great host, very friendly x

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cosy summer house — it truly felt like home. The space was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to both work comfortably and cook our own meals with ease. The little garden quickly became our favourite spot for lunch and dinner — peaceful, charming, and perfect for enjoying the sunshine. Miriam and Julio were incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The property was also immaculately clean, which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

Alyson is a friendly and helpful host. We really enjoyed our stay in her lovely apartment. It is so convenient for shops, restraunts, train station and seafront, all are in easy walking distance. Gated parking for added security.

We loved our two nights at The Annexe - just wish we could have stayed longer! It is exactly as described and pictured, but even nicer. The bed is comfy, the shower hot (though it is small) and the living area is so relaxing and peaceful with the view of garden and trees out of the bay window. We didn't get to use the back garden area due to the weather but it looked very inviting. It is a great location to walk into Shrewsbury to explore the town and an easy drive to do the Stiperstones Walk - which we loved. There are a number of good pubs within easy walk for meals and drinks. The info pack was thorough and useful and the welcome cake was delicious. Clare and Roger were such friendly hosts and were great to chat with, and Spencer the little white dog loved a pat. Can highly recommend The Annexe at Bendith.
