The apartment is located in a very quiet, residential district of Jelenia Góra. The view from the windows is a garden and a mountain range. It is equipped with remote-controlled anti-burglary blinds. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, pots and all necessary tableware. Bathroom: large bathtub and washing machine. Von hier aus haben Sie ein fantastisches Panorama auf die Sudeten. Das Haus verfügt über zwei separate Schlafzimmer (davon 1 im Zwischengeschoss), Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer. The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. It is in the block of flats with silent and nice neighbors. The two-room, 35 square meters flat, whit bedroom and cosy living-room, can fit four people, perfect for those who want to explore the region - both the nature and the culture.

Forget your worries with these spacious and peaceful interiors. The vast area of the forest park with old apple trees and the comfortable equipment of the house with a sauna, fireplace, billiards and jacuzzi will allow you to relax and unwind away from the crowds. The view of the mountains and Śnieżka is an additional experience. A place for a bonfire will make every evening more attractive.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
