The house is situated in an idyllic village on the edge of the forest. The nearest town is 2 km away. There you will find a local baker and butcher with regional offers. The next major cities are Amberg (15 km) and Sulzbach-Rosenberg (11 km). There you will find several large shopping opportunities.

Oblast je ideální na turistiku a cyklovýlety s velkým množstvím stezek na české i bavorské straně. K dispozici je samostatný apartmanán o velikosti 60m2 jehož součastí je ložnice obývací pokoj, kuchyň a koupelna. Při počtu 4 lidí je k dispozici další ložnice se samostatnou koupelnou. Dále jsou k dispozici venkovní prostory dvorního traktu s kompletním vybavením včetně posezení a grilu.

We lovingly restored our old farmhouse in 2016. The indoor climate is pleasant because the whole house is equipped with wall heating and clay plaster. It is located in a small place with only a few houses and is particularly suitable for nature lovers and people looking for peace and quiet. Children will also get their money's worth. Telephone, satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available, making our accommodation also ideal for home office with family. The nearest shopping is 4 km away.

Hexenhäuschen im Fichtelgebirge

If you are afraid of spiders, you should not book this cottage. If you like to sit in the green or lie in the meadow more often. They are surrounded by trees, bushes, flowers and ponds. The main road, however, is within earshot. The cottage is about 100 years old and very charming. Nevertheless, it is not possible to drive directly to it by car. The stairs to the upper floor are narrow and steep. Bathroom and toilet are in the annex. Where "WC" means a compost closet.
