A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Der Landgarten mit Pool und Holzterasse verbindet alles zu einen einmaligen Fleck, an dem man sich auch einfach nur entspannen kann. The apartment (75 m²) is on the 2nd floor of a two-family house and has two bedrooms, a large living/dining area, a bathroom with bathtub and a large balcony with direct views of the sea and the beautiful garden. The bedrooms have a 1.60 x 2 m and 1.40 x 2 m bed. The living room is comfortably furnished. A washing machine and dryer are available, the kitchen is well equipped.
