Welcome to our historical home! The villa was build as a representative domicile for a pharmacist. Nowadays the spacious house offers space for three flats. The holiday home is situated in its souterrain with a direct access to the garden. The residential area is completely private as well as the kitchen. You can reach the private bathroom through a shared corridor. Inside the residential area there is a king-size bed for sleeping for two and a studio couch, that can be used also by up to two.

About 15 minutes walking distance from Elberfeld train station and city center, the separately accessible apartment is located in the DG of our two-family house, surrounded by gardens and close to the edge of the forest.
