Im Umfeld befinden sich eine große Anzahl an Cafés, Restaurants und kleinen Läden. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist ca. 150 m entfernt. Wir gehören zum Stadtzentrum und somit gilt bei uns die Anwohnerparkregelung. Bist du mit dem Auto unterwegs, zeigen wir dir gern wie und wo du parken kannst.

Vacation home, approx. 65 square meters, fully furnished, 1 bedroom with 140 bed, clothes rack, leather couch, HD TV, 1 living/dining room with sofa bed (150), table with 4 chairs, kitchen with stove, dishwasher. DOGS are welcome - by arrangement - cost 6 EURO per night/per DOG. Unfortunately, NOT suitable for children. Large terrace to enjoy - no parties ;-) Please enter the exact number of guests so that we can arrange the beds, towels, etc. accordingly. Installers welcome!!!

Nice apartment - central and quiet location

You will stay in the Vohwinkel district. The beautiful Art Nouveau house is very central and yet quietly located in a 30 km/h zone. The end stop of the suspension railway, the train station with S-Bahn and regional train connections are only a five or twelve-minute walk away. Shops, grocery stores and supermarkets (Kaufland, Lidl, Rewe, etc.) Pharmacies, ice cream parlors and restaurants are also within a radius of about three to ten minutes' walk.

"Schöner Wohnen" in the countryside of Wuppertal

Experience living anew and in the green Wuppertal! Just a 10-minute walk to Unterbarmer train station, Tony Cragg's sculpture park or Cinemaxx. Shopping is also very close. You can enjoy the beautiful weather on the terrace or even cozily in the garden. Take a break. It is only about 45 km to Messe Düsseldorf and 65 km to Cologne. Freestanding solidly built bungalow, 44 m², 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and small garden with terrace and barbecue, renovated in December 2016 / January 2017. Bedroom with double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and large wardrobe, living room with pull-out couch as an additional bed for max. 2 people. As a welcome gift you will find 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of our local beer (Kölsch) per adult in the fridge.
