Relax in this home. Quiet location, surrounded by nature. Centrally located between Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Dinkelsbühl, the most beautiful old town in Germany. Ideal starting point for your day trips. Or a walk in the Franconian Highlands Nature Park and a swimming lake is also very close. In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. Apartment in a central city location

The apartment is located right on the edge of the old town and therefore everything is within walking distance. Only a few stairs and meters of altitude have to be overcome (typical Hall). The market square (known from the Schwäbisch Hall open-air theater) and St. Michael's Church are within walking distance. Almost down the stairs and you're there. The guest apartment is located in a separate building with private access. We, the hosts, are the neighbors.

Equipped with wooden parquet, underfloor heating and central ventilation. You have a magnificent view of the garden and the Swabian Alps. The house is conveniently located, Tübingen and Reutlingen are a 15-minute drive away, Stuttgart and the exhibition center are a 30-minute drive away.

nice room with TV, private kitchen, private bathroom

Quiet room with TV, kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove and sink. You have your own spacious bathroom, your own wardrobe with shoe cabinet in the hallway, and you can wash your laundry. Actually, it's a 1-room apartment. I'll add more photos of the room and kitchen in the next few days. I have completely renovated and furnished the room. The chairs at the dining table will still be exchanged. I've already ordered the new furniture.

Our modern self-contained apartment is a new building, which is in a very quiet location overlooking Murrhardt. There are two free parking spaces in front of the house. There is hardly any traffic on the private road. The famous Villa Franck is located just behind the house. The train station is a 5-10 minute walk away. There are numerous leisure activities nearby, such as the Hörschbach waterfalls, which are within walking distance.
