Zum KIT Nord Campus kommst du in 10 Minuten mit einem unserer Fahrräder oder in 20 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

With the adjoining field, the magnificent view over the forest begins. The private access to the apartment via the terrace gives pleasant privacy. Lake Tyrol is 800 m away and can be reached on foot or by car in a few minutes. Multiple excursion possibilities to Kocher and Jagst by car, on foot or by bike.

Stay in a former blacksmith on the historic Hofgut directly on the Enztalradweg. Stay in the Rose-Lavendel Garden. Relax while walking along the fields or by the river with bathing access. The apartment is on the 1st floor of our single-family home, which is located on the outskirts and is very quiet.  In the spacious kitchen there is a table with 2 benches, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee filter machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. The toilet is separate.  In the bedroom is 1 double bed (1.80 m) and enough space for a baby crib. In the living room is a cozy seating area and another French bed (1.40 m).

Comfortable and fully-equipped apartment with everything you need to feel comfortable. The two bedrooms are connected to a large entrance area, one bedroom has a smart TV available for free use. The large kitchen invites you to relaxed cooking evenings. The apartment is equipped with floor heating, WiFi, washing machine and private parking are included. No smoking inside the apartment, but the garden can be shared.

Charming living with lake view

We extensively renovated our apartment (and the entire building) in 2017. It is located on the first floor and has a size of about 55 square meters. The terrace is south facing, sunny almost all day and has direct lake views. We have furnished the living room and bathroom in a modern style. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics (built-in kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, etc.).
