At the foot of the picturesque Hohenzollernburg castle in Colmberg, our lovingly furnished vacation home is nestled in a quiet residential area, right next to the deer enclosure. Our place is within walking distance of Colmberg Castle and the golf course. The 95-square-meter (1,022-square-foot) house has a comfortable living room, dining room, and kitchen with dishwasher on the ground floor, as well as 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, and 2 double bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi is available. The charging station is a 5-minute walk away.

Completed in 2020, the 57 sqm vacation home offers two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom + rain shower as well as a Finnish sauna (50-70 degrees) and a wood-burning stove. An ambience that makes even cold and rainy days cozy. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows and from the 40 sqm terrace is directed to the large outdoor area and invites you to relax outside in direct contact with nature. Directly connected is the main house, which today serves as a guest and seminar house. The square courtyard is surrounded by natural gardens, orchards & fields. The Eigenhof is located near Schwäbisch Gmünd, the oldest Staufer city. Many historical sights in Rems and Kochertal can be reached quickly. The absolutely quiet location on the edge of the Swabian-Franconian Forest Nature Park ensures relaxation. If you want to do sports, you can let off steam directly from the house in the forest and meadows. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

The friendly and open-plan apartment is located just 2.5 km from the historic old town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber in a very quiet location on the outskirts. The apartment can accommodate 2 – 5 people. Parking space right by the house. My place is good for couples, families with kids, active cyclists and hikers, Rothenburg visitors and business travelers.

On the first floor of our 350-year-old half-timbered house, we offer three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, tub and toilet as well as a fully equipped kitchen (approx. 100 square meters).
