The municipality of Abtsgmünd has been a state-recognized health resort since 2010, meeting climatic and air hygiene requirements. Many hiking and cycling tours in the surrounding area. Our granny apartment was renovated in 1/25. Abtsgmünd is located on Bundesstraße 19 in the Kochertal between Aalen and Schwäbisch Hall. Close to shops, Parking spaces in front of and next to the house.

The large terrace is fenced and therefore ideal as a run for accompanying dogs. There are great hiking trails in the vineyards, bike and canoe rental nearby.

The apartment is located in a lovingly restored half-timbered house from around 1500 at the entrance to the city center, below the church. Close to restaurants, bars, bakery, butcher and supermarket.
