Monthly Rentals in Xeropotamos

Everything was perfect. Clean and fully equipped with everything you might need (respect for the toothbrush and the extra hand towels great attention to detail!). The only downside is that the listing mentions private parking, but in reality, you park on the street. Thankfully, there’s plenty of space, so it wasn’t a problem. The host seemed very professional, welcomed me with a snack in the fridge and a bag of small gifts and I appreciated that more than I can say! I totally recommend this place 100%, and I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Heraklion.

I spent 3 months living in this studio to complete my internship at the nearby university. The studio was very clean and the kitchen was complete. The location has everything you need nearby, including grocery stores and restaurants. The beach is also at a walkable distance.

A very nice home base to explore Iraklio and the surrounding area! Bus stops and supermarkets are right around the corner. You hear a lot of car/fly traffic but you are in a very big city, that's the way everywhere. You can relax on your balcony, there is always a nice breeze and no direct neighbors so you still feel very private. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and also the sea when it is clear. Maria is a very nice host. She checked with me in between if everything was to your liking and I could also reach her in between if there was something, for example when the WiFi stopped working. I definitely recommend it!

A great choice in a quite neighborhood a little bit outside of the city centre but close to the beach. A cosy apartment very clean and nice. Thank you Anastasia for an easy going accomodation
