Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Yarmouth

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette, and it was absolutely amazing! The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great and even left treats for us upon arrival. The house is stunning, clean, and in a wonderful area on the cape. Cannot recommend it enough!

Absolutely adored this home and will certainly be back! Home was extremely clean and walking distance to the beach, even with toddlers. Excellent restaurants and so much to do locally! Hosts were very accommodating and responded immediately with anything asked! 10/10!

Nice cottage, cozy for a small gathering and getaway. The location is close by to everything, just minutes away from supermarkets, drug stores, restaurants, waterpark, mini-golf, and activities. Several things I liked about this rental verses others: the place is very clean and new looking. The kitchen is fully equipped and beautiful, even had oil, spices, coffee, blender, smores sticks, lighter, scissors, zip bags etc. The living space is open concept so you can entertain while you’re cooking. There is a large TV, you could use with Netflix, YouTube. The master bedroom was spacious, even has a laundry space inside so you could wash a small load when needed. The second bedroom was smaller but good enough for 2 people. The third bedroom is small and has a single bed but nice for 1 person. We loved the backyard where we were able to enjoy a nice dinner and had a cookout using the grill. The hot tub and the bar area were amazing! Water was already hot when we arrived and ready to go in!

This sweet cottage is a little slice of heaven on earth! Every detail from the picket fence and flowers out front to the local art and thoughtful touches in each room… it just felt exactly what you’d hope a little cottage on cape cod would feel! Peter was so helpful with info and details and we felt at home immediately. Location is amazing- the beach up the road is lovely and restaurants are walkable. Shopping and groceries are not far and the highway is easy to access, leading to so many more adventures. Being able to bring our dog was a great perk! She loved the beaches too! Thank you, we plan to return!

The cottage was a good place for our one night stay. Sitting on the back patio and enjoying the peaceful view was great. We wish we had the time to stay longer, it would be a great place for a week long stay. The owner was very helpful and accommodating.

Gail is super nice and the place is fun, set up well, and cozy. This is our third time here and I'm sure we'll be back!

I had a fantastic stay at Tara’s place! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. Tara was a wonderful host: super responsive, welcoming, and respectful of privacy. The space had everything I needed, and little touches made it feel like home. Michael was very responsive throughout the whole process. The place appeared exactly as it did in the photos. We felt right at home and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Loved the proximity to the beach and the ability to watch sunrises and sunsets over the water within a few min walk of each other!

We had such an amazing stay. We felt right at home and were very comfortable with the place. Carolyn was very responsive and helped with everything we needed. Shout out Ali for fixing our little problem. We loved it here and would stay again!

Our stay at Yousef’s was great! The place is a private room with bathroom and washer/dryer which was exactly what we needed. Thank you!

Maria’s place was very clean, and we had a nice stay. Unfortunately, the pool was not filled when we arrived. However, Maria was very quick to answer and talk to the HOA. The directions to get to the Air BnB was easy. For those traveling there, put your GPS in to Apple Lane in Dennis and turn to the first right. We would stay again!

We had a a great time and really loved the location and communication with the host! The pond is practically the back yard and easy access to bring our kayaks in. Close to the bike trail and all of the awesome Dennis beaches. One of our best cape vacation homes we stayed at!

Andrea and Tracy were exceptional hosts! They were great communicators and it was clear they wanted us to get the most out of our stay in Cape Cod. The home was spotless and had every amenity we could possibly need. Their dogs are amazing and got along great with ours which made this home extra special for us! This was an unforgettable trip for sure thanks to Tracy and Andrea!

House was exactly as described and Lloyd was a very responsive and accommodating host. The house was in an amazing location, walkable to downtown for shops and restaurants. Big driveway was great for all our cars! Would recommend 10/10 and will be back! Thanks Lloyd.

We spent a relaxing week at Gabrielle’s beautiful home - mainly on the deck playing cards surrounded by beautiful vegetation. Great location with many walking paths through the woods - all of which seem to lead to the marketplace area and/or beach. The house is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house is extremely big, comfortable and cute. bedrooms are big, but the 1st floor bedroom definitely needs a new mattress. love the open concept of the kitchen, one thing I wish they had was a blender. Tom provided us with gallons of water which I am really thankful for it. The home was clean, beautiful backyard, quite neighborhood. Overall my family were comfortable, enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay again.

Overall, the stay at Natalia's place was pleasant and memorable. We went there to celebrate a bachelorette and Natalia recommended places and restaurants to visit. The villa looks exactly as in pictures and is well equipped . The wifi was fast. The girls enjoyed the spa , yoga and massage. Some of us had fun with the smart toilets. Communication with Natalia was clear and prompt. Definitely consider staying again at Natalia's place! Thank you for hosting!
