The Grain Store is a comfortable 2 bedroom barn conversion on our smallholding. It's a great base for you to explore all that North Devon has to offer or you can relax on site, swim in the shared heated outdoor pool (3rd May to end of Sep 2025) or meet the animals. The cottage has one double and one twin bedroom (please note: the twin can only be accessed via the double) and a family bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer making this a real home from home

We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

You will have exclusive use of the space, with no other camping guests during your stay. Must love dogs. We have 5 very friendly dogs who you won't be able to avoid interacting with. We are a working smallholding with chickens, ducks, lambs, goats and pigs. Well behaved dogs are very welcome

Nestled in the picturesque and friendly village of Swimbridge, the annexe at Willows is a comfortable and well equipped base for those looking to explore the beautiful local area of North Devon. Integrated in the main house, but with independent access and parking it is easy to feel at home. Relax or work (good WiFi) in the lounge and use the kitchenette to self-cater or head to the village pub 200m away. Great beaches 14 miles / Exmoor National Park 5 miles. Sorry no pets.
