Ein architektonisch klares, lichtdurchflutetes Apartment inmitten von Wiesen, Wald und Bergen, modern, stilvoll und bewusst reduziert. Hier wohnt ihr mitten in der Natur, mit maximaler Privatsphäre und Bergpanorama. Im Garten befindet sich eine Holzsauna mit weitem Blick über das Hirschgehege und die umliegenden Berge. Das Apartment liegt auf einem kleinen Biohof, den ich nach Permakultur-Prinzipien führe. Auf den Wiesen leben Hirsche, es gibt Hühner, Bienen, Katzen und einen Fischteich.

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

The cottage for nature lovers is located in a special place in a secluded location in the beautiful Ötscher Tormäuern. A small stream gently ripples through the large, open property, where sun loungers await you. The small property "slows you down" and is good for the soul. You can swim in the crystal-clear, refreshing water of the Erlauf River, which is only 400 meters away, go hiking, or embark on other adventures. A campfire in the evening or barbecues make the day perfect!

Local suppliers, rustic wine taverns and hiking or Bike paths are very close by.

Our rooms are located in the middle of the village of Steinakirchen. In the immediate vicinity are shops, banks, inns, pharmacy, hairdresser, ... In the house itself there is a restaurant/pizzeria. There is plenty of private parking next to the "Green Tree" or on the opposite side of the street. The Spar market nearby has a small bistro where you can have breakfast.
