Very clean and well-conditioned accommodation, with a convenient reserved parking space. We greatly appreciated the courtesy and kindness of Emanuele and her husband. If we were to return to the area, we will definitely return to them

Amazing Location. When you parked your car, you already felt the peace. Also Milan was way nearer than expected, so amazing Place to stay! Best part was definitely the privacy / silence, so my dog had a lot of fun in the Garden and the other Dog‘s.

Ideal base to explore Pavia, just a few km from Centro Storico. Plus parking next to the door, while that is really problematic in the city itself. The apartment on the ground floor is authentic "vintage" Italian, we suspect formerly inhabited by the elderly parents of the current residents on the first floor. But hey, there was plenty of room for even four people, everything was in good condition and everything worked properly. No complaints whatsoever! Recommended!

Our stay at Erica's went very well. The apartment is spacious for the few days we spent. The kitchen is very well equipped. The very clean bathroom with a large mirror 🙂 ideal for getting ready The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to find. We thank Erica for hosting us and for the very clear explanations.
