Our modern apartment is located in a quiet, well-maintained area in Zirl – ideal for couples, families, and guests who want to enjoy nature, mountains, and relaxation. Innsbruck, Seefeld, and Oberperfuss can be reached in about 15 minutes, while Kühtai and Axamer Lizum are about 30 minutes away. Bus stop is only 100m away. Since we live in the building ourselves and the area is very quiet, this accommodation is particularly well suited for a relaxing and respectful stay. Pets are 🩷tly welcome.

The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays.
