The apartment is ideal starting point for excursions to the nearby mountains or to neighboring countries (Czech Republic, Poland). It is located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), has one bedroom with double bed, living room with large sofa bed for 2, bathroom with tub/shower. There is no balcony but garden with sitting area. Two bedrooms, one study room with dining table + fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. One bedroom: one double bed and two single beds and small table for work or dining. Second bedroom: one double bed, bookshelves and even smaller desk for work. An apartment is located in first floor, we (me and my family) accommodate ground floor. In basement is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, also ski preparation room, bike storage. Parking lot is just next to the house.

Our large, stylishly furnished family apartment offers very comfortable space for 2 adults and 3 children who want to spend their vacation in a scenic area and do not want to forego comfort and fun, even in the apartment. Located on the outskirts of Zittau, you can enjoy the view of the mountains, but you can still get supplies or go into town. By car you can make many excursions for young and old within a radius of 30 km! Feel free to ask ;)

This flat is situated near the center of Decin - just 1.2km from the train station and only 700m from the main square, 200m under the gorgeous view - Pastyrska stena with a popular Via ferrata. Near the flat there is a rental shop for bicycles, boats and via ferrata equipment. Across the river Elbe there is Decin Castle and a platform for a shuttle steamboat to Hrensko, which is the turistic center of Bohemian Switzerland National Park.
