Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Wer es ruhig und naturnah mag und doch die Städte Berlin & Potsdam um die Ecke haben möchte ist genau richtig. Es gibt ein eigenen Eingang, Terrasse und Garten. Wohnzimmer mit Küche und ein Doppelbett. Oben das Schlafzimmer mit ein Einzelbett sowie ein Kingsize Bett. Wir wohnen nebenan, kein Schlüsselproblem, Auch der Ankunftszeit ist egal. Wir sind nah am Bhf. Griebnitzsee und Wannsee. Parken frei, auch Lkw. Haustiere willkommen.

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over Lake Templin make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, a fireplace and our own sauna, we make our houseboat a dreamlike retreat even in winter.
