Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Das 60qm große Studio ist als "Haus im Haus" in die obere Etage unserer Scheune gebaut. Zum Appartement gehört eine Loggia mit weiten Panoramafenstern, durch die man die Sonnenuntergänge über der Pferdekoppel bestaunen kann. Ausgelegt ist der Raum als Appartement für 2-6 Personen und Studio für andere Zwecke. Mit Eichenparkett, Lehmwänden, einem Schlafpodest und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche ist es liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Das Bad mit Dusche befindet sich im EG mit separatem Zugang.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Super cute location, easy to reach a lot of places around that area. The lake is amazing and very close to the house. The house very clean, pretty big and had everything we needed. We can only recommend!!
