Über einen separaten außenliegenden Treppenaufgang erreichen Sie die Wohnung, welche über eine außerordentliche Aussicht in ein Tal, welches von einem Bach durchflossen wird, verfügt. Der Ort ist ruhig in die Voreifel gebettet und durch seine Burg weit über die Grenzen NRW's bekannt. In wenigen Minuten ist die Autobahn 1 zu erreichen, zusätzlich verfügt der Ort über einen DB-Anschluss, über diesen ist Köln innerhalb von 50 Minuten erreichbar.

In the immediate vicinity there is a water sports lake, a Roman bath, an open-air museum and the highway - connection to the A1/A61. The city of Cologne is about 30 km away. Hiking trails (Eifel loops) pass by the house. The Eifel National Park is only 20 km away. Electric car charging station available.
