Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; surrounded by greenery; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the heart of a hiking area. Large lawn, terrace with views (pergola), fire pit/grill. The house includes a privat 2-room apartment with a separate entrance, not for rent. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD vehicle is required in snowy conditions! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to my severe allergies.

This modern 2-bedroom apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and features elegant Asian-inspired décor with warm gold tones and onyx details. Both bedrooms include a double bed, TV, and wardrobe. The fully equipped kitchen offers a ceramic stove, microwave with grill and baking functions, coffee maker, and kitchenware. Guests can relax in the lounge area with seating and TV. The bathroom includes a shower, towels, hairdryer, and toiletries.

Our studio is located in the lower part of the house and is accessible via a separate entrance in the garage. The large built-in closet provides plenty of storage space. The kitchen is equipped with the latest technology (stovetop, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine). The bathroom with shower, sauna and cold bath completes the decor. The toilet is separate. The studio has a spacious garden with a small dining table and a cozy lounge.
