Our sunny detached chalet is located on a 450 m² plot, in the middle of the forest on a recreational estate in (Gellik) Belgium. Less than nine kilometers from Maastricht, where we, the hosts, live. The domain borders the Hoge Kempen National Park, where nature lovers can enjoy themselves. The activities are countless: from cycling, hiking, horseback riding, etc. Or a city trip to Maastricht. At the chalet, there is a lockable shed where you can put up to 2 bicycles.

This modern vacation home has all the assets to offer you a great vacation: cozy, comfortable, stylish and artistically decorated, with artisanal tableware, a lovely rain shower, a beautiful private terrace in the countryside. Deze bungalow op vakantiepark de Sonnevijver biedt jong en oud een mooie kans om van de natuur in het bourgondische Limburg te genieten. De knusse bungalow ligt mooi gelegen met een beekje aan de voorzijde, wat is afgezet met een houten hekje.

Relax in our lovely accommodation in nature, adjacent to the forest. Also child-friendly and dogs are allowed. In addition to the great surroundings, there is plenty to do nearby for young and old. Cities such as Maastricht, Hasselt, Valkenburg and Aachen are easy to reach by car. But the beautiful hiking and biking trails are also well worth it.

In the heart of Hasselt, also called the village, is this charming townhouse of 130m² and a terrace of 16m². The street is a car-free zone where a classified city farm is located. In this trendy neighborhood, you will find all kinds of tasty restaurants, cozy wine bars and the best cocktail bar in Limburg within walking distance.

Fifties forest cottage near Maastricht

This beautiful cottage is located on the edge of a quiet, small-scale vacation park. From the garden, you can walk into the woods that are part of the National Park De Hoge Kempen with endless hiking and biking opportunities. Maastricht is also nearby, a 15-minute drive (or 45-minute bike ride)!

Cabin in the Woods is a wonderful place to retreat in nature. Nice and cozy for the two of you or just to escape the daily hustle and bustle. Since we ourselves love nature very much but also love comfort, we have tried to translate this into the renovation of this A-frame.
