The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Our apartment "Hanoi" is 50 square meters and consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a living-sleeping area. The apartment is very quiet to the courtyard and has a spacious balcony. • 22-minute walk from the main train station • 10-minute walk to the marketplace • Fully equipped kitchen • Spacious balcony • Washing machine • Box-spring bed • Shower • Restaurants and supermarkets right next door • Parking space in the parking garage (3-minute walk) for €10 per day

Unsere neu renovierte 60 m² Ferienwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer, Bad mit Dusche sowie großzügigen Esszimmer/Küche steht ihnen dabei gerne als Unterkunft ab dem 1.6.2025 zur Verfügung. Bis zum Zwenkauer See sind es gerade mal zirka 600 Meter und der einzigartige Zwenkauer Auwald beginnt im Prinzip schon direkt vor der Haustüre.

Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

The Elster-Park with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit [founders' period]. The bright loft with 97 sqm on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Leipzig's waterways can be explored with your own 2-person kayak for a small surcharge.
