Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Elsbeer Chalet

Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

Rosenburg Cottage with private garden sauna

Cozy cottage in the countryside - surrounded by forest, close to the river and ideal for a relaxing time out in the Kamptal. The immediate vicinity to Rosenburg and Burg Gars is ideal for guests who would like to combine their stay with a visit or work on the rich art and cultural events, e.g. the Burg Gars opera. A few minutes from the house, charming wine taverns invite you to enjoy regional wines and specialties. Cycling and hiking trails start right at the door!

Arrive and feel at home on the "Art Mile" - in the middle of the old town of Krems-Stein Our 60 m² apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful old town of Krems-Stein – in a historic, landmarked house. Look forward to modern amenities, a cozy atmosphere and short distances: The Danube University, museums, cafes, restaurants and the Danube/boat dock are within easy walking distance. The perfect base for discovering the Wachau.

Unique Treehouse + whirlpool tub + Infrared cabin

Fulfill a childhood dream – the overnight stay in the tree house between the treetops is unique, cozy and offers great views of the Kremstal. The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. From the property, you can easily set off on a variety of excursions: to the Wachau, to Krems or to the Waldviertel. But the capital city of Vienna is also just an hour away.

House and garden is for your exclusive and sole use! Our romantic, over 300-year-old country house is situated in a sunny position on a hill near the Danube and the idyllic Danube lake. The unique cultural landscape of the Wachau with gentle hills, fields and meadows invites you to relax and enjoy. Swimming, water sports, cycling / mountain biking, hiking, fishing and many cultural activities nearby.

Living close to nature

Relax in a quiet and friendly environment. The cozy apartment is located in the former Eichinger inn. A large garden invites you to linger. The stream next to it tempts you to explore. In the small village of Kirchbach there are two grocery stores, one of which is a really original general store. There is also an inn, a graphic museum, a pond, a church, a board museum and a ski lift.

Welcome to Zwettl! We, Rosi and Hermann, are very happy to welcome you to our beautiful Waldviertel. We rent a family-friendly, detached house close to the center with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a large bathroom in the basement and a balcony. Many toys, stuffed animals and board games await our little guests. We hope you have a nice stay with us!

In Seehaus22, 100 m² of space awaits you to relax directly by the swimming pond. Ideal for 2-4 people, with fully equipped kitchen, large garden and direct access to the swimming pond. Very spacious apartment (~ 130 m2) with beautiful views of the surrounding forests. Three bedrooms for up to four people. Relaxation is provided by the in-house sauna. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a small balcony. Ideal as a starting point for activities in the Waldviertel and for hikes.
