Holiday rentals with a patio in 17th arrondissement

Emma's place is exactly as shown in the photos: simple, Q quiet, charming, with a lovely outdoor patio. The very beautiful Parc Montsouris is steps away. There are two cafes within a short walk for an easy meal or coffee. The train is around the corner for a 15 minute ride to Notre Dame. We had a very easy and comfortable stay.

Spacious and very clean apartment just outside of the Paris city centre, ideal if you’re travelling by car (you will be able to park your care in a safe underground parking). Well furnished, with a good bed and shower, fast wifi and an outside terrace space. Would recommend!

Tivemos uma ótima experiência durante a nossa estadia. A comunicação com a anfitriã foi tranquila e respeitosa. O apartamento é amplo e agradável, com todos os itens descritos no anúncio. Ele tem uma área externa onde é possível fazer refeições ou simplesmente relaxar. Há um bom mercado embaixo do prédio, além de padarias e restaurantes por perto. As estações de trem e metrô estão a poucos minutos da propriedade. Por sinal, o bairro tem um ar jovial e moderno, sendo ótimo para passear. Altamente recomendado para famílias com crianças.

Très satisfaite de mon séjour dans le logement d'Aline. L'appartement est très agréable, bien équipé, au calme, entouré de commerces et proche du métro. Hôtes très réactifs et sympathiques. La vue dégagée sur le sacré coeur est un vrai plus.

The apartment was exactly as described, and I really loved its quaint charm. It was conveniently located near all the main attractions, including the Eiffel Tower, while still being tucked away in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect balance of accessibility and relaxation.

This is a lovely apartment in which to stay for a few days. The location is incredible, while it is has lovely outdoor space with fragrant jasmine blooming. Vincent was very helpful and responsive when I was trying to sort out the laundry machine. The beds were very comfortable and the inner courtyard orientation of the apartment meant it was peaceful despite the bustle of the neighborhood. I think the apartment would work best for a small family, as the bathrooms are oddly configured (One bedroom has a tiny full bath, but the other has a shower & sink in it while its toilet is across the apartment next to the kitchen.) and the bedrooms have no windows so we needed to keep the bedroom doors open at night for ventilation/air flow. Overall, it was very clean & comfortable and had everything we needed for a glorious few days in the heart of Paris.

Overall we had a great experience staying here. We are a couple that stayed for one week. It is just as described and looks just like photos. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station which we found to be really easy/helpful to get around for our first time in Paris. Wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to get the Netflix up and working for us. Very kind and attentive.

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

Isabelle ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin bei der man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Das liebevolle und gemütlich eingerichtete Häuschen ist bestens ausgestattet, es lädt zum verweilen auf der Terrasse im Grünen ein. Die Entfernung in die Stadt ist wirklich schnell und einfach zurückgelegt. Wir könne einen Aufenthalt bei Isabelle wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

5-Star We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property in Gagny. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and located in a quiet, residential area with quick access to Paris by train. One of the standout features for me was the quality of the bedding—the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft, fresh, and clearly high-end. After long days exploring the city, it was such a pleasure to come back and get a truly restful night’s sleep. The host were responsive, and made check-in seamless. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a welcoming experience for their guests. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

This home was ideal and spacious for our group of 10 (5 Adults and 5 Kids). Location was also very convenient with grocery store, shopping center, bank/atm, restaurants and delicious bakery within walking distance. I was a little concerned about there not being any AC however we didn’t need it. Home stayed nice a cool and fans were available in every room. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! Tout était conforme à la description. L’emplacement est idéal, calme tout en étant proche des commodités. Mention spéciale à l’hôte, très réactive. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Guillaume ! La maison est proche de Paris, facilement accessible en transports en communs, et dans un endroit très calme. Le lieu est fidèle à la description, très propre, on se sent tout de suite à la maison, et tout ca à un prix raisonnable. Restaurants et supermarchés sont proches. Guillaume est très sympathique et nous a fait tout de suite sentir bienvenus. Tout était parfait, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci !!

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Idéal pour assister à événement au Stade de France et rentrer après très vite à pied, avec place de stationnement sous l'immeuble.

Nossa estadia foi excelente! O apartamento tinha tudo e mais um pouco, super completo e confortável. A anfitriã foi extremamente atenciosa desde o início, e super amável — nos permitiu fazer o check-in antecipado, sempre respondeu rapidamente e estava sempre disposta a ajudar no que fosse preciso. Além disso, ela deixou vários itens úteis no apartamento que facilitaram muito a nossa estadia, o que mostra o cuidado e a atenção com os hóspedes. A localização também é ótima, com estação de metrô a apenas 6 minutos a pé, o que nos permitiu explorar Paris com facilidade. A vizinhança é tranquila e segura, com comércio por perto. Recomendo de olhos fechados e, se voltarmos a Paris, com certeza ficaremos aqui de novo!

My Mum and I stayed in this studio apartment for 1 week together and we absolutely loved it! The street was so quiet and peaceful, and so we slept with all the terrace doors and windows open at night without issue (it was 90 degrees in Paris the week we were there, so this really helped! Plus the small fan). We felt very safe and it felt private too. We were one street away from a bustling area with a Metro (Victor Hugo) and supermarkets, restaurants etc and very close to the Arc de Triomphe in the other direction. The double terraces were ideal, particularly because of the heat… one was always shaded and one was always sunny and very hot. We had access to Netflix & YouTube (music) and cooked food for ourselves every day! We/I would absolutely stay here again, and will! Manuella was so helpful from beginning to end - responsive before & during the trip. Highly recommend for 1-2 people. The area around us was ideal. Not touristy & had everything we needed to live in Paris for a week! ♥

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Claire. L’appartement est spacieux, très confortable et très lumineux et il est très bien situé à Levallois à côté du métro Anatole France (ligne 3). Nous recommandons !

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

Nous avons absolument adoré notre séjour à The TeRRACE ! L’appartement était spacieux, joliment meublé et impeccablement propre. La climatisation était un vrai plus pendant les journées chaudes, et la terrasse privée était l’endroit idéal pour se détendre après avoir exploré la ville. L’emplacement était parfait — à quelques pas de la tour Eiffel, avec de très bons restaurants et commerces à proximité. Il était également situé à quelques minutes à pied du réseau de transports en commun, ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement dans tout Paris. C’était vraiment tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre séjour à Paris. Nous recommandons vivement!
