Holiday rentals with an EV charger in 9th arrondissement

Het appartement is heel rustig gelegen op korte afstand van het Bois de Vincennes. Het is goed en smaakvol ingericht en in de keuken vind je alles wat je nodig hebt. Wat wij het mooiste vonden was het uitzicht op een adembenemende boom in de tuin.

Perfect spot for us. Would return. It’s small, and a 4th floor walk up, but just what we needed for a few days. Also, surprisingly big and great shower. Host was friendly, helpful and responsive. Great experience!

The apt was incredible and Julien was a great host. He left little surprises throughout the apt for us and even left us a parting gift. The neighborhood was very family friendly and it was great for late evening walks to cool off. Apt had everything we could have possibly needed and Julien was even able to accommodate our early check in time. Highly recommend staying here is you are visiting Paris!

The flat is quiet and located in a vibrant part of town, very accessible, surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. We had a great stay, thanks again!

This was the perfect spot from which to explore Paris. It’s relatively easy walking distance from so many attractions and a quick walk to the Métro station for further sites. The space is beautifully maintained and exceptionally comfortable. Cécile was a wonderful host - proactively thinking of our every need and checking in to be sure we were ok. She even reached out to make sure we were aware of a coming thunderstorm while we were out sightseeing to be sure we could get to shelter in time! It’s really hard to put into words how lovely this experience was and how perfect this location is. The combination of a beautiful, impeccable apartment with the care and support of such a thoughtful host is a rare find indeed! Can’t wait to come back!

We had a great week in Valerie's lovely apartment. Very cosy and comfortable in an excellent location. We had everything we needed inside and the outside choices, so many to choose from, with food, restaurants, shops and lovely walks.

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Tarik welcomed us with incredible warmth and a personal tour of the entire home, showing us each room and every amenity. His home is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and spotless. What truly sets Tarik apart is his hospitality and communication. He is the definition of a Superhost. Great place to stay at. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful parks nearby. And as an additional bonus you can play with a fun and friendly dog Phoebe. Me and my wife loved it and hope to come back here soon

Fredric’s place was fantastic for our family of four. The kids loved the outdoor space and the surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful. Shops and transportation are all within a short walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Frederic!

We had a wonderful 5 days in Paris. The house is lovely with everything we needed. It was really clean and warm. The kids loved the pool. The forest nearby was very peaceful after a busy day in the center of Paris. Easy 10 min walk to the train station with very regular connections to Paris. Fredrique was very friendly and helpful. A+ stay. Highly recommended .

Le logement, impeccable était super confortable, très bien équipé, avec une vue extraordinaire! Quelques travaux en cours étaient déplaisants en matinée, mais nous ne restions pas à l’appartement durant la journée de toute manière. Déplacement en métro hyper faciles, immeuble sécuritaire, tout à été parfait!

The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

Für unseren Besuch von Paris und Disneyland war diese Wohnung ideal. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Metrostation und alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Fleischer, Restaurants...) innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Bry sur Marne ist wirklich zauberhaft. In der Wohnung war alles zu finden, was wir benötigt haben, sie war sauber und verfügt über Rolläden in den Schlafzimmern. Wir können die Wohnung und Nathalie als Host nur weiterempfehlen.

The location could not be better. The building was very safe and clean. We walked everywhere, the open market, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, metro stations etc etc. Catherine was very friendly, easy to communicate with and provided all sorts of ideas for our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.
