Holiday rentals with an EV charger in 9th arrondissement

A wonderful and spacious apartment in an excellent area for sightseeing. The beds are comfortable, and the apartment is furnished with all that you could possibly need. Vanessa is a great communicator and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is up five flights of stairs, so it is not suitable for those with limited mobility, but it is definitely worth the climb and has all the wow factors you could wish for. There is a bath with a hand-held shower, which is lovely but again not suitable for those with limited mobility. The apartment is about 15-20 minutes walk from the Gare du Nord and close to several metro stations. We used Cadet, which takes you to most of the main sites, eg Notre Dame, the museums, etc. There are several good restaurants within walking distance, eg, Brasserie Belanger and Entre les deux Gares, which I would recommend for authentic French food. I would definitely recommend staying here and would return for my next visit to Paris.

Eveything was great! The place is close to a lot of restaurants and the metro station. Hortense was super responsive even late at night. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot for us. Would return. It’s small, and a 4th floor walk up, but just what we needed for a few days. Also, surprisingly big and great shower. Host was friendly, helpful and responsive. Great experience!

Great place, easy to access and has an elevator

The flat is quiet and located in a vibrant part of town, very accessible, surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. We had a great stay, thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay at Raphaële’s beautiful studio in Le Marais. The space is just as stunning as it looks in the photos—thoughtfully designed, cozy, and full of character. The location is absolutely perfect: walking distance to the Seine, Centre Pompidou, Notre Dame, and tons of amazing restaurants and shops. Despite being so central, the apartment felt quiet and peaceful. Check-in was seamless with the lockbox, and Raphaële was a fantastic host—responsive, friendly, and clearly experienced. You can tell a lot of love and creativity went into designing the space. We especially loved the modern glass divider, artistic décor, and the warm, inviting lighting. Would definitely recommend this spot for couples or solo travelers looking to enjoy the best of Paris!

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Tarik welcomed us with incredible warmth and a personal tour of the entire home, showing us each room and every amenity. His home is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and spotless. What truly sets Tarik apart is his hospitality and communication. He is the definition of a Superhost. One thing that really stuck with me was something he said during our tour: “I always put myself in my guests’ shoes and treat them how I would want my own family to be treated.” That statement perfectly reflects how he hosts—with genuine kindness, care, and attention to every detail. Isabelle’s place was really nice and in a great location for Le Bourget Airshow! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she responded always quickly! Great bed and great night sleeps! Good shops nearby with local good fast food restaurants! Would definitely recommend!!!

We had a wonderful 5 days in Paris. The house is lovely with everything we needed. It was really clean and warm. The kids loved the pool. The forest nearby was very peaceful after a busy day in the center of Paris. Easy 10 min walk to the train station with very regular connections to Paris. Fredrique was very friendly and helpful. A+ stay. Highly recommended .

Soreya’s place was great. It was exactly as described. She was kind enough to let me check in early. She even met me at the place. There were places to eat and a supermarket within close proximity. There were 2 metro stations within walking distance which could transport to all the great Paris sights. I highly recommend Soreya’s place to stay.

Super clean, Mathieu was super responsive and friendly, and it was a great spot for being very near Paris but not quite in paris, so much quieter.

I used to live in Paris and have seen many apartments but I've never lived in such a spacious one. It's not in the main areas but the metro access is easy and there s a grocery store downstairs. I'd live there if I moved back to the city.

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

We loved staying at this location, the neighbourhood is so lovely, you can find in there anything you need. The place easily can fit 6 people, mattress are comfortable and our kids enjoyed watching Netflix. The communication with host was very easy and helpful

The location could not be better. The building was very safe and clean. We walked everywhere, the open market, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, metro stations etc etc. Catherine was very friendly, easy to communicate with and provided all sorts of ideas for our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.
