Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in 9th arrondissement

Jean Yves was extremely welcoming, even staying up to greet us on our late arrival, and we felt at home immediately. The accommodation was lovely too, with a beautiful, relaxed outdoor space which was perfect for a long breakfast. Despite being out of the city centre, it was very quick and easy to get into Paris and we enjoyed the contrast of very peaceful accommodation and local area (with a boulangerie and supermarket practically on the doorstep) with the ease of getting into the centre of Paris. Would highly recommend!

Our stay was great in Benjamin's Airbnb. It is very nice and well equipped. The area is very quiet and you didn't hear anything from the big city bustle. The Airbnb was a little further from the center, but you could get everywhere very well by metro or bus.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Seemless experience,the house was extremely clean and very well furnished in a way were me and my family were comfortable in the home.We liked very much the private parking for our car which was perfect for us.The house was fully equipped and really fulfilled all of our needs.Our host Fatiha was very engaging and helpful and we didn’t find any difficulties in the check in or check out.The perfect place to stay when in France.

Beautiful and quiet apartment close to the metro, Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Bakery and supermarket in the street and many more shops and restaurants around the corner. The apartment is really very nice and beautiful, perfect for a larger group or, as with us, for a large family. You are in a nice neighborhood with a lot of Indian shops, so it's really Paris! There is life on the street, but once inside it is quiet and private. Vincent is fast and flexible and we had a great time.

Great value for money and urban location

Celeste was an amazing host and went above and beyond in welcoming us to Paris. we benefited from a flexible check in and her many recs. Her place is tastefully decorated and well located -- not too close to the tourist throngs but easily accessible to all the major spots in Montmartre. All in all, would definitely recommend!

If I could give you 10 stars I would! We absolutely LOVED your place. What can I say… the View wow oh wow, sooo Beautiful! The Eiffel Tower was right there, I laid in bed and watched the gold lights at night. Then at midnight they would turn white/silver and blinked and sparked.. Amazing!!! Everything was close by. It was really nice that you had a washer/dryer combo. We had been traveling in Scotland and England and we were able to do 2 loads before we travel to Germany and Switzerland. I would definitely like to stay here again sometime. Before making the decision between a hotel or Airbnb I read so many reviews and was a little nerves. We were pleasantly surprised. New everything, great taste in the decor was spot on! I think you understood the assignment 🌷So if your like I was and apprehensive about booking… do it! I know you will love it just as much as we did. Thank you Essaadiya oh by the way I did get my “Paris” haircut, it looks great thanks for the referrals.

We had the best stay here! The apartment is beautiful and very clean. The location was excellent and we absolutely loved the balcony. Highly suggest for anyone staying in Paris

We loved this place, it was much nicer and more spacious than we expected from the photos. Sebastian checked in with us on the regular to make sure everything was going well, which we appreciated. The five flights of stairs are no joke but we were warned multiple times by the host. Overall, I’d still stay here again the next time I’m in Paris.

This is a fantastic apartment. We know Paris well and this is a great place to stay. It is very lively and walkable to many attractions, plus the metro connections are really good. Near the apartment there are loads of restaurants, bars, boulangeries and food shops. It is really close to Montmartre. The apartment itself is lovely and very Parisian. The double glazing really shuts noise out and they have an excellent fan for when it is really hot. Jean was an excellent host with great communication and very flexible with check in/out.

Very nice place to stay at. It was hot and we had an air conditioner unit. In addition, the listing was very accurate to what we originally saw before booking. Very close to lots of public transportation options. Thank you!

Helenes home was perfect! You are closer to the Eiffel Tower than the pictures make it seem. The home was well stocked and had plenty of ammenities. We would definately stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying here. I would highly recommend his apartment for any one traveling with young kids. It was clean, quiet streets and lots to do around the apartment. Easy access to metro. Even had a fitness facility in the apartment. Our daughter had so much fun playing with the toys!

The studio apartment is in a wonderful location for those visiting Paris. View of the Eiffel Tower from the bed, balcony was spacious for 2 to be able to enjoy, and lots of food options surrounding the apartment are some key highlights. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Paris!

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

The neighborhood of the airbnb was far and away the most spectacular choice for our trip to Paris. It is not too far from the main attractions by metro, but it is nestled in a true Parisian neighborhood with bakeries and boutiques on every block. Alain was so kind to let us arrive hours early and take a nap after our long flight in- so rare and generous! We felt very safe and as a bonus the espresso machine was amazing. Would come back again and again!

The host was extremely nice and let us store our bags after the stay. Not a bad location and a grocery store next door.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Gorgeous home from home in the city of lights. 2nd time staying, and would do it again and again!

Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.

Catherine is definitely a super host to us!! From the very beginning and until the end of our stay, she’s consistently responsive, warm, and helpful. It felt like we’re going to a good friend’s place to stay. The apartment is at a great location, within short walking distance to metro stations and restaurants. The place looks just like the photos. All the amenities were available and Catherine made herself readily available to answer questions and offer help. It truly felt like a home away from home for us!
