This magnificent 52 sq m flat is south oriented, so that it is always full of light ! The area is just amazing, i m so lucky to live here. Wood everywhere except in the bathroom. It is very nice at night... it’s peaceful and cozy…you are away from the street... it’s very quiet…calm…I appreciate it enormously ! The kitchen has everything new in it : Oven /dryer/washing machine /fridge My bedroom has a very comfy bed for 2. The brand new sofa can be turned into a very comfortable bed for 2 .

Few steps away from Anvers metro station (3 mn walk according to Google) you'll go anywhere in Paris within few minutes! The apartment has entirely been renovated in 5 months.
