Smoking friendly holiday rentals in 9th arrondissement

We had a wonderful stay at Ludwig‘s place. It truly met our expectations. It was one of the most beautifully appointed apartments I’ve ever stayed in with Airbnb. Highly recommended. The neighbourhood is full of little shops and restaurants that serve fabulous wine and food. It is peaceful and quiet. Beware of the stairs. If you are having trouble walking, it might become a challenge. Other than that 100% recommended.

We loved our stay at Bérangère's apartment — it was everything we needed and more! The place is full of charm and warmth, beautifully decorated with taste and personality. It’s not your typical impersonal rental — it feels like a real home, with unique thrifted pieces, artistic touches, and a sense of character throughout. Everything we needed was there, and we felt instantly comfortable, like we were visiting a friend’s home. The location is fantastic — very central, just a short walk from many attractions and well connected to public transport — yet the apartment is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. It’s the perfect balance. We’d absolutely recommend it and would love to return!

This wonderful flat in St. George lets you feel like you've moved in to the neighborhood. François is a responsive and accommodating host. The building shares a rear courtyard with the sublime restaurant Magnolia and before you take the elevator up, you can delight in the delicious smells coming from the kitchen out back. But don't worry, once you get upstairs, there's no noise and the apartment looks out in a different direction. There are too many wonderful cafes, shops and restaurants to speak of. However much time you are planning to stay, it won't be enough. We plan to return (again).

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Olivias Unterkunft! Die Lage ist wirklich super, alles Wichtige ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Paris Est ist etwa 20 Minuten entfernt und selbst zum Eiffelturm kann man in etwas über einer Stunde zu Fuß hin spazieren. Wer nicht so viel laufen möchte, findet die Metro-Linie 4 nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Olivia war sehr freundlich, hat immer schnell geantwortet und alles lief unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft entspricht genau den Bildern: klein, charmant und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Schlafsofa quietscht zwar echt stark und ist nicht das bequemste, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Bei hohen Temperaturen wird es im Studio recht warm, aber durch den vorhanden Ventilator ist es ok, dennoch nichts für hitzeempfindliche Menschen. Insgesamt war es die perfekte Basis für unseren Paris-Trip! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke, Olivia! 😊

Very kind host and easy to get a hold of. Place is lovely, public transport on the doorstep and lovely local cafes and bars. Looks exactly like the photos, such a nice homey feel and worth every penny.

Laura's house is great to visit Paris, 1 min from the metro stop, lovely French style apartment. Laura reply to our messages immediately and she worried about heaving all instructions we need. Great option for a short visit of Paris. minor comment: small table if you want to eat at home

Un petit studio bien rangé et pratique dans un quartier vivant. Clairement, un bon point de chute pour profiter de la capitale, ou pour un voyage d'affaires.

Manon was extremely accommodating and sweet as she left us a treat upon arrival and letting us check in early. She was very friendly and provided us with local recommendations. She also always answered when we had questions. Her home was so cute and clean. It is walking distance from the stairs to Sacré Coeur. We didn’t spend much time there as we were out exploring but when we did, we found it to be very comfy and would highly recommend. Thank you!

Logement loué pour 4 jours/3 nuits pour 4 personnes pour un événement professionnel Porte de Versailles. Logement conforme aux photos. Les 3 chambres individuelles sont un plus entre collègues. Logement situé en demi sous-sol, donc il faisait frais dedans même avec 34 degrés dehors dans la journée. Terrasse agréable, et rue calme. Yohan et son équipe ont été très accueillants ainsi que réactif lorsque nous avions des questions. Nous relouerons certainement ce logement pour un prochain salon s’il est disponible !

La maison de Jean-Charles est incroyable. Grande, propre et une belle terrasse/jardin. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, disposer ses affaires, se doucher… je recommande 1000 fois. Le seul point à savoir est qu’une seule chambre possède des volets

Superbe séjour chez Éric. Le logement était parfait pour ce petit weekend en famille avec un jardin pour les enfants et une terrasse parfaite pour se détendre après les journées éreintantes de visites à Paris. compter entre 10 et 15 minutes à pieds pour rejoindre le métro. Très pratique. et Eric est vraiment sympathique. Merci beaucoup.

Io e la mia amica Emma abbiamo soggiornato per il mese di settembre nell’appartamento di Yacine. La situazione era diversa da una normale vacanza, siamo arrivate a Parigi per il nostro erasmus e non trovando alloggio ci siamo arrangiate per vivere tra il letto soppalcato e il divano letto. Yacine è stata la prima persona che abbiamo conosciuto e si è mostrato fin da subito disponibile in TUTTO. L’appartamento era pulito, funzionale, il divano letto comodissimo tanto che abbiamo usato il letto molto poco 😂 avere Yacine e la sua famiglia accanto è stato per noi rassicurante e piacevole. Davvero un host a cinque stelle! Si è reso disponibile a togliere qualche oggetto d’arredo in modo da farci guadagnare spazio per le valigie. Abbiamo creato un gruppo con lui in cui non ha esitato a rispondere ad ogni nostro bisogno con ottimi consigli su come muoverci. Sicuramente un’accoglienza unica e un’esperienza che porteremo nel cuore!

Nossa viagem foi incrível, e a Françoise contribuiu muito para isso, adoramos o apartamento, a localização por ser próxima a estação do metrô e por ter tudo na frente (mercado, farmácia, padaria, …). As fotos correspondem ao imóvel e a anfitriã muito rápida para responder e muito atenciosa.

Süße und sehr schöne Wohnung. Alles war sauber und der Prozess des Check-in und Check-out hat super geklappt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Sie waren bei Fragen rund um die Uhr für uns erreichbar und haben sehr schnell geantwortet. Auch bei einem kleinen technischen Problem waren sie innerhalb von 20 Minuten da und haben sich darum gekümmert. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

El apartamento se encuentra ubicado en área multicultural, restaurantes de comidas internacionales.El apto. encuentra muy cerca de terminales del metro, lo que hace muy fácil trasladarse por la ciudad . The room was just as cozy and charming as shown in the photos. It’s located in a quiet area, yet very convenient with a bus stop and metro station nearby. There’s also a delicious bakery close by! Most importantly, the host was incredibly friendly, responded quickly, and kindly accommodated our arrival time, which made our trip to Paris a truly pleasant experience.

By far one of the most magical places I’ve stayed in Paris. Albeit just outside city limits, you’re minutes from the metro and the garden view outside the living room and kitchen windows are something I’ll cherish for years to come. Xavier set up the place beautifully, was accommodating and very sweet. Highly highly recommend
