This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is not my original studio/loft of earlier times!! Key words: Calm, sunny, modern!!

Apartment near centre, sleeps 2-10

The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. Wooden house flair near Aachen

The wooden house is located in a quiet residential area not far from Aachen. The forest, with the local recreation area Wurmtal, begins one street further. The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). Breakfast is available on request for an additional charge.

Please write to me if your appointment is not available. You can expect 2 beautiful bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (160 × 200). In addition, 1 sleeping loft (140 × 200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130 × 200) as well as a large sofa bed (150 × 200) and the double bed (160 × 200) in the garden room. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

Hier könnt Ihr Urlaub machen in reinster Form. Der Dutchtub bietet etwas Abenteuer für gross und klein ( Man muss ihn selber heizen mit Holz und das Feuer beaufsichtigen vielleicht mit nem Aperitif? Insgesamt dauert der Wärmeprozess +-4 Stunden je nach Jahreszeit! Bitte beachten nicht möglich bei Frost. Maximal 1 Hund

Newly renovated with love, the old building is the former hunting room of the property. In addition to old ship's parquet, a stucco ceiling adorns the large, bright living room with sofa bed and dining table. The apartment includes a private terrace and a large parking lot is also right in front of the door. It takes 10 minutes by car to get to Aachen city centre. ( Belgium 20 min., Holland 10 min.) Would you like to spend a weekend or longer in Aachen? We have a cozy apartment for you. It is located in the center of Aachen, approx. 5–7 minutes walk to Aachen Cathedral, Carolus Thermen, Stadt Park, Christmas market. Chio is about 2 km by car or 20–30 minutes walk through beautiful city park. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including Wi-Fi, multilingual TV programs, and a terrace. Parking by arrangement.

Small but nice & quiet but central :-)

Completely newly renovated studio apartment (granny apartment) on 22 square meters. There is a large room with dining table, single / double bed, TV and a small equipped kitchenette with coffee maker (pads), toaster, microwave and induction stovetop. In the hallway is a large closet. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Access to our guest apartment is off the street and leads through our courtyard.

Our apartment was newly renovated in early 2022. We have placed great emphasis on high-quality & natural materials. By car you can quickly reach Aachen, Belgium or the Netherlands. By arrangement, it is possible to park & charge e-bikes in the accommodation.
