Fantastic property, not new but really well kept and looked after. Spectacular outside space with grape vines over a pergola. Pool was a lot bigger than expected and a nice touch. Fabulous greeting and a welcome basket with local treats and Angiolo’s wine. Great location for touring Tuscany. We would definitely go back!

We were a family with teenagers in the accommodation for a week and couldn't have found a better place. Everything was exactly as described. Due to the room in the attic, which was very well air-conditioned, there was always the possibility of retreating. The place was sparkling clean. There was no slightest fault. We were very warmly welcomed by Daniele and his family and personally said goodbye. There were a whole range of tips for restaurants and excursions. I can really recommend the beautiful house without reservation. We felt very comfortable, thank you very much.

The stay at Sara's house was really very pleasant. This beautiful, recently restored house overlooks a fragrant, flower-filled garden. The kitchen is equipped with super appliances and quality dishes. The beds are very comfortable and the linen is of high quality. nothing is missing to fully enjoy the holiday. Another thing that makes this village special is the fact that you have to leave your car and walk home on a pleasant walk while your luggage travels on the tractor driven by Bryan. far from the noise of the city, I spent hours immersed in the peace and greenery of the woods in the background. Sara and Bryan are caring and welcoming hosts and know how to anticipate every desire. I highly recommend this place if you want to experience moments of true relaxation.

A beautiful villa with exceptional views to the hills and valley. Various oudoor areas. Private location however close to sights and amenities. Cafes and restaurants not far however not walking distance, best accessed by own car. Electric bikes were available for sightseeing. Fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. Can warmly recommend.

Very nice place with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen and especially outdoor kitchen were well equipped to easily cook nice dinners for a bigger group. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and the bathrooms looked completely renovated. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. Very welcoming people that know the answer to all your questions about the area. Would recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation is beautifully located, high above Pistoia – about 30 minutes away – in the pleasantly cool mountains, which was ideal in the summer temperatures. Even though the well-known cities of Tuscany are a little further away, the location was perfect for us. Daniele and Alessandra were very hospitable, always available and gave us many valuable tips about the area. We have grown very fond of Pistoia during this time. The combination of the quiet, natural location of the Airbnb and the lively, charming city life was just right for us. The area is ideal for motorcycle, scooter or bicycle tours: winding mountain roads, magnificent views and many small, old villages that invite you to discover them. Thank you!! The pictures don’t do the beauty of the space justice. Maria, the housekeeper who lives in the basement unit was very discrete. Dawn was our host and set us up some incredible reservations, as well as helped us with a transportation issue. The view is otherworldly off the back porch, which overlooks olive trees. There are many adorable tortoises that live in the backyard and are very fun to watch. Close drive from the tram as well as many incredible restaurants. Take the cooking class with Maria!!! It was a trip highlight. If you stay here, you will definitely want a car.

Anna’s apartment was absolutely dreamy it felt like stepping back in time. She paid attention to even the tiniest details, carefully preserving original paints and walls, which gave the space a truly unique glamour. Anna herself was so friendly, flexible, and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. It was the perfect weekend getaway to detox and unwind from busy city life. Highly recommend!

We had a very relaxing week at Franco’s property. The place was well appointed including the full kitchen and we really enjoyed sitting outside with a glass of wine looking over the beautiful countryside. A perfect retreat. Highly recommended

A lovely apartment on the second floor in a fantastic location, just inside the city walls. Everything is within walking distance—the 99 churches, the city walls, a great yoga studio, and wonderful restaurants. We were welcomed in the most perfect way by Barbara, the mother of our host Patrizia. So warm and accommodating! Patrizia is a fast and responsive host, always helpful. The apartment features a cozy kitchen (with a fridge, washing machine, and all essentials) that opens up to a comfortable living area (with a TV and sofa), two spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds, and a bathroom with a toilet, bidet, and excellent shower. Everything was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. All the ingredients for an absolutely fantastic holiday in beautiful Lucca!

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

Beautiful apartment with mezzanine bedroom. Large terrace with a magnificent view of the vineyards. Ideally located for visiting Florence, Pisa whether by car or train from Empoli. The pluses, the very pleasant pool after a day of sightseeing and the dinner organized to taste the local dishes 😋 In short, a great stay at Sandra's!

Daniela and Michele were super welcoming and kind! They spoiled us with their delicacies. We dined two evenings at the farm and it was wonderful, everything was very exquisite, organic products grown by them, from appetizers to first courses and finally desserts, the wine was also excellent! Breakfast is a morning delicacy! The apartment is suitable for two people with a child, clean and comfortable! Thanks for everything, we will be back soon and with the heat we could enjoy the beautiful pool and the green area!

We really liked it, the owner was kind and even if we were very willing to meet any of our requests, we did not need anything because nothing is missing in this house...it is the most equipped house of all those seen so far. Clean and very spacious

Beautiful place. Clotilde is friendly and helpful. Tranquil large garden and fantastic pool. Great for kids, our one year old loved running around in the grass. Excellent kitchen for cooking at home. Location is very convenient to Lucca and some charming small towns. The Esselunga in Pescia (10 min drive) is one of the best supermarkets I’ve ever seen.

What a magical stay! Christine is a true host and not only has curated a beautiful space but she also was perfectly attentive to us during our stay. The apartment was as comfortable as it is beautiful. We took advantage of the outdoor grill and swimming pool and although we explored the area we would have been just as happy to stay “home” all day. The recommendations for the area were true gems. We had breakfast our last morning and it was the perfect ending to our stay! I don’t think you can find a more perfect place.

Whether enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace or simply soaking in the scenery, it was exactly the getaway we were hoping for. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay, the house really felt like a home and was instantly relaxing. The whole booking and check in process was very straightforward and Giuseppe who met us to show us around the property and hand over the keys was very welcoming, kind and informative. The house has wonderfully peaceful location, with beautiful views. It has been furnished with excellent taste, and so adds to the feeling of being in a real home rather than a rental. The gardens and pool are delightful and evenings on the loggia will be remembered for a long time, we cant wait to return!

The hosts were perfect, giving advice on where to visit and things to do. The food was outstanding, you really need to have a meal cooked by them. The accommodation was lovely, everything you need. The surroundings were like a little piece of heaven, it is so beautiful and peaceful. We are already planning our return trip!
