A beautiful apartment in a beautiful location with spectacular views and the perfect host.

We stayed here for 3 days, a family with 2 children. The apartment was great and the location was perfect for walking around town and close to everything. Cozy cafés and restaurants nearby. The apartment had everything you could wish for and Lidia was an extraordinary and very nice host.

The apartment is very nice, newly renovated, well prepared to receive guests. Simone was a host with excellent communication and provided us with clear instructions. Everything was clean and tidy. The location is right in the heart of the historic center of Pietrasanta. We'll be happy to come back!

Giacomo’s apartment is modern, spacious and in a great location to explore Lucca from. We also really appreciated the toys and cot for our 2 year old daughter! We would not hesitate to recommend his place to anyone looking to stay in Lucca.

Marco's apartment in Monsummano Terme was simply fantastic! Everything was very clean, well maintained and tastefully furnished. We felt right at home. The amenities leave nothing to be desired, and the location is ideal: quiet and charming, but at the same time a great starting point for excursions to Florence, Pisa, Lucca or even Rome. The host Marco is exceptionally helpful. His fast and friendly communication was very pleasant. Full recommendation!

The property is in the perfect location for accessing all that Barga has to offer, and having this alongside a large garden is far more than you could hope for being in the old town! It’s spacious, bright and beautifully decorated, with everything you would need for your stay. Margot is a fantastic host, she was always quick to respond to any query and keen to make us feel at home. Would definitely like to stay again next time we are in Barga!

Our stay with two small boys at Manila place could not be better! Kids room was full of games and toys - our boys did not want to go outside 😂 Place was also very convenient for all our trips - we took car to get to station (or walk for 20 min) and then train to Piza, Lukka, Cinque Terre and Firenze. I was amazed by the big size of the apartment and very comfortable beds. There were also a lot of towels for all of us. Everything was super clean. Kitchen was full of stuff for cooking and making coffee. Bathroom as well. Everything just ready to stay. Manila is super nice and friendly person. Very responsive and helpful. We could not imagine better stay and we will for sure promote this apartment! Thank you Manila!

We love this cottage in the mountains of Italy and have been here for the second time. And not the last time ;) The house is cozy, tidy, beautiful and has more than everything you could possibly need. The location is awesome and we can really chill out here and go on great hikes, even directly from the house. Alessandra is super nice and always available. He has created a very personal paradise. An absolute recommendation :)

Very cozy and original accommodation! We felt comfortable and welcome from the beginning, especially through the friendly encounter with Dominique. Surroundings is perfect for nature lovers. You can take beautiful e-bike tours and stock up on groceries in the nearby village or visit the restaurants and bars.

the house is Federico is very clean and tidy, there are all the necessary amenities for a stay. Federico accurate at check-in. The house is comfortable and quiet.

We only stayed in Daniele's apartment for one night, but we had a great time. The apartment is large, clean and equipped with everything you need. The lady who welcomed us was very nice. The location of the house is excellent for visiting the beautiful surroundings. The double bed is very comfortable and the area is quiet and peaceful.

The place is beautiful, no complaints. We will come back for a longer stay this time.

Wow, wow, wow!!! This place is absolutely top-notch! It’s way bigger than it looks in the pictures; super spacious, spotlessly clean, and everything is so thoughtfully maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped, which made cooking super easy, and there’s even a beautiful display of local products (like honey, wine, and more) available for purchase, such a great touch if you love trying regional goodies! Just up the hill, there’s a lovely restaurant with great views, making dining out super convenient. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and honestly, everything felt like perfection. The hosts were amazing; so kind, helpful, and always making sure we had everything we needed. We were a family of five traveling around France and Italy, and they gave us tons of great recommendations. There’s even a desk full of maps and local tips inside the apartment, which we found really helpful. If you’re scrolling through reviews trying to decide, this is your sign to book it now. A hidden gem!

Beautiful place, true to the photos, discovered in the early morning after Alessandro greeted us with a smile in the middle of the night following problems on the road. The estate is superb, in the heart of nature, next to a golf course. A little further away from the places to visit (small roads), but it's the counterpart to the idyllic setting. Outdoor areas are numerous and pleasant. The pool is quiet, large, well maintained, not very chlorinated and surrounded by trees to have some shade. The apartment is large and typical, a little dark but this helps to keep it cool (thanks to the air conditioning!) The possibility of breakfast at the Golf course ~15 minutes away (pleasant walk) or 10 minutes by car (much more convenient with stroller) is very helpful (Italian type, correct price and setting just as quiet and idyllic) It is also very nice to have condiments available. Numerous mosquitoes despite the mosquito nets (windows, bed)

Our stay with Anna-Maria and her family was great! The whole family is warm and friendly – we felt welcome from the first minute. We also especially loved her sweet dog. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, super clean and you have everything you need. Everything you need is there, and you feel right at home. The location is ideal – you are quickly in the next largest city, but also just as quickly in the mountains. The surroundings are fantastic and perfect for walks right behind the house. An absolute highlight was the hot tub – perfect to relax after a day in nature. In addition, Anna-Maria gave us a few nice tips for excursions in the area, which were very helpful. We can only warmly recommend staying with Anna-Maria and her family and will be happy to come back!

It was a brief stay for just one night at the end of our Tuscany trip, but we had an enjoyable time in the spacious modern apartment.

We had a wonderful time staying with our dogs! Everything was very clean and well maintained, which immediately made us feel good. We were particularly enthusiastic about the excellently equipped kitchen – finally really sharp knives! This made cooking really fun. The pool was a real highlight: bigger than in the photos and very well maintained. The location is quiet and idyllic – with a little luck you can even watch deer. In the morning we liked to have breakfast on the terrace, enjoyed the sunset in the evening and the view from the balcony. Deborah gave us a very warm welcome and had great tips for the area. We'd love to come back – absolutely recommended!

We love our stay, it was the perfect place to relax in the middle of a hectic trip

We spent two wonderful nights in a truly enchanting place. The accommodation was well-kept, clean and very welcoming, with beautiful wooden furniture and a very comfortable bed. There was everything we needed to feel good and relax. We loved the private pool, the animals on the property (adorable chickens and cats!) and the tranquility of the place. We immediately felt at ease, thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of the host and his family: they were there for anything and ready to help us. The location is convenient for reaching both Pietrasanta (about 15 minutes) and Forte dei Marmi (about ten minutes), but at the same time immersed in nature, perfect for unwinding. We absolutely recommend this place to couples, families, or anyone looking for relaxation and a little peace. We will definitely be back!

An absolutely stunning place! Despite all the glowing reviews, they can’t fully capture the experience of staying here. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a luxurious estate. The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca and Pisa, this is the perfect place to unwind. A comfortable air conditioned flat with well equipped kitchen, little balconies. It is better than the pictures! We were 4 adults and there were 3 different areas to sleep which worked perfectly for us. Just 1 bathroom is a bit tight. The swimming pool is great! Sightseeing in Tuscany worked very well. Having a car is a must for this property if you want to explore. If I can suggest summer blankets would be a very useful addition. Rest was great. Giorgio was super helpful with suggestions on restaurants and beaches.
