Lake House with Hot Tub, Game Room and Dock

VickiRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The house was amazing! It was perfect for our needs as our son was graduating, and it could accommodate those who made the trip, as we live 10 hours from Johnson City. David and Karen were responsive and accommodating. The extra space of the guest house and game room worked out wonderfully for additional guests and those who wanted to stay up later. Looking for a good workout, the steps up and down to the dock worked! Groceries and shopping are about 10-15 minutes away, and downtown Johnson City is about 20 minutes away. Hiking in Warrior State Park takes about 15-20 minutes, and the Cherokee National Forest Laurel Falls Headtrail is a 30-minute drive. Loved our stay, we would stay again!!

1 Mi to Dtwn: Bristol Cottage w/ Hot Tub & Grill!

AndreaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Every aspect of our stay was wonderful. The neighborhood has older homes that have lots of character inside and out. The landscaping was beautiful, too. With so much to do, we weren't in the home very much but it is definitely equipped if you want to stay put and BBQ and enjoy a nice dinner in. A quiet neighborhood with privacy make this a place for down time and relaxation in and out of the hot tub! House has a cute, cottage-like atmosphere that we loved. The price was more than I wanted to pay, but we certainly enjoyed ourselves. One thing that stood out, not a criticism of Evolve, but Bristol is where country music began and yet we found no country music bars or live country music venues. After visiting the country music museum (highly recommend), we found no place to enjoy live music of any kind except the casino and it was limited the weekend we were there.

Incredible host, the most pet friendly location I have ever been. Fenced in yard the deck could also be closed. Complementary snacks, dog bowls, more towels than a target, and an incredibly comfortable bed.

Green Cove Getaway with private pool and hot tub

KarinaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Me and my husband loved Mary’s place! It was spotless inside and the bed was increasingly comfortable. The pool and hot tub were both extremely clean as well. Mary also went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. It’s a beautiful area with lots to do but her home felt like a private sanctuary - I’ve already recommended it to a few of my family and friends :)

Cottage @ Fish Springs

EmilyRating, 5 stars2 months ago
I stayed here for three months as I was looking for a place to relocate and I absolutely loved my stay here! It is a beautiful location, where you can see the lake and so much access to many hiking trails. The Airbnb is adorable and both my dog and I felt right at home. David was an incredible host and was super proactive to seeing what I needed or ways to make my stay better. The day I came was a huge snow storm and I mentioned how my car doesn’t drive well in the snow and he came and completely cleared my parking spot. There was an also a time I had car troubles and he was able to give his trusty mechanic’s number. David went above and beyond in my stay there even offered to grab things while they were closer in town. Some things to be mindful of is the location is a on a busy road and cell service is not great in the area so if you are looking to unplug this is perfect! I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to all my family visiting!

Cozy riverfront cabin on 106 acres near Bristol

RayRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My wife and I wanted to spend our anniversary away from the busy life. Adam's place on Iola Farms delivered!! It was so peaceful and private. It was everything we imagined and more. The access road is a little bumpy, but if you take it slow and enjoy the scenery, you won't even notice. There were clear instructions to get from the road to the cabin. When we arrived, it was easy to access the cabin. Everything we needed was there for cooking, sleeping, bathing, or just lazing around. There was even fresh charcoal in the grill like they knew we were going to cook steaks our first night. The cell service was very spotty, but the wifi was easy to connect to and worked perfect for wifi calling. There was an information book on the kitchen table full of brochures for activities and restaurants. The Mendota Trail Swinging Bridge was within view of the highest part of the driveway. Bristol was only 35 minutes away. We highly recommend this place for a tranquil retreat and we will be back!!

The Oak House+*1 min drive ETSU+JCMC+Downtown

MonaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Our stay at Logan's place was great. Very clean, comfortable, with lots of "extras" and in a great location. The fenced backyard was great for our dog. We loved the front porch for morning coffee and evening drinks. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. We visited neighboring towns and did lots of hiking. We highly recommend!

The Little Grey Cabin at Highland Hideaways

DavidRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a wonderful time at Melanie's place. The house is clean, quiet and sits on a narrow side road immediately adjacent to a beautiful stream. It's very peaceful and private. The house has everything you need for a short stay (we spent two nights there) and is just a short drive to Grayson Highlands State Park. Check-in was a breeze. Overall, we had a great time and would stay there again.

King & Queen beds - Views - 8 min. to W Jefferson

GailRating, 5 stars10 months ago
This was our second stay at Buffalo Cottage and we thoroughly enjoyed it again. The view out of the sliders and deck out back is absolutely beautiful, wonderful sunsets over the mountain, cool air and it seemed like a million butterflies on the (Mimosa?) tree. We didn't use the gas grill, but it was nice to have in case we decided to grill. I didn't do any cooking, just baked a couple items for a family reunion and the kitchen has everything anyone could need. Wifi was strong/reliable. Loved the comfortable king size bed and big shower. The washer and dryer are so convenient, it meant I didn't come home with a full laundry bag., Jeff and Kathy are awesome, responsive and friendly, making us feel right at home and SO welcome. We hope to visit again and have already recommended Buffalo Cottage to family.

Overall very nice place with a great location in Damascus. Everything is within about half a mile to the main part of town. Very responsive to any questions. The only thing I would change is the mattresses. If you require firmer mattresses you might not sleep very well.

Blue Heron Riverside Cottage

SusanRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
It's a beautiful spot, a quiant, older style house in a peaceful area. The host was very communicative and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns quickly, and remedied an issue he couldnt have anticipated expediently. The house was clean, homey, comfortable, and well-stocked with the things we needed. My favorite part was the back porch in the mornings! I will definitely add this property to my favorites and be back to visit.

We went down to Tennessee to take donations to flood victims. When we realize that we could not get into our hotel, Mark was very responsive and let us book the same night! We were very thankful.
