By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

The cuddly double bed (160m x 200m) has two dimmable bedside lamps and side shelves. Sufficient storage space is provided by two shelves, the space under the bed and numerous wall hooks.

We offer a 38 m² apartment. The garden is right outside the front door as well as the parking space. Also ideal for dog owners as the entire garden is fenced with a gate. In the evening, you can end the day in the garden by the campfire in the fire pit or while grilling. Early in the morning you can watch the most beautiful sunrises with a cup of coffee. The kitchen is well equipped. For 2 adults + one child, it is well usable thanks to the fold-out sofa.

Families with children are very welcome, there is a high chair available as well as various toys.

The apartment is located in the basement of the hillside house in a secluded location. Due to the hillside location, the bedroom, kitchen and living room have daylight. In the built-in kitchen, a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a freezer/fridge are available. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and an extra toilet. The terrace is covered. The terrace is adjoined by a small lawn that is only used by this apartment.

The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and invites you to relax and unwind in nature. The apartment is located directly on the bike/hiking trail (mostly level, flat routes right at your doorstep). It is 2.5 km to Ebermannstadt, the walk to the outdoor pool is 1000 m (3 km by car).
