This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The location of "Haus Prerow" is close to the center. Within 20 minutes you can be at Alexanderplatz with public transport. Public transport and shopping malls are within walking distance. It is located in a quiet residential area in the middle of Berlin. Haus Prerow is a one-room apartment with a bathroom and shower and is located separately on our property. From the motorway triangle Barnim we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn train (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Net, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann and the Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch are within walking distance in 10 minutes.

In addition to vacation rentals, Schloss Lanke also houses the owners' apartments as well as office space on the first floor. We respect our privacy.

It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.
