In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

Hiking, biking, climbing and culture in Franconia

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

Im Schlafzimmer sorgt ein großes Wasserbett (2 m x 2,20 m) für guten Schlaf. Die Unterkunft wurde liebevoll individuell ausgestattet. Die Küche ist klein aber super ausgestattet. Grillen und Sonnen im Garten. Außensauna, 2 eBikes, Thule Cab2 sowie Wallbox für E-Autos jeweils extra zubuchbar.

Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

We warmly welcome you to our idyllically located vacation home. A newly renovated accommodation with lovingly furnished rooms, two modern bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen awaits you. Free parking is available at the house. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Our vacation home is wonderfully suitable for up to 6 people (+ baby cribs), e.g. also for family gatherings as well as for motorcyclists, cyclists and hikers and all those who want to treat themselves to a break.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

In the historically forest house the vacation flat is on the ground floor with three large and bright rooms, a kitchen and as a special thing a wooden bathroom with a teak shower. You can expect an upscale equipment. The holiday flat has a garden with seating solutions, a barbecue and if you want a fireplace. We also provides bicycles for adults and kids.

Das Tinyhaus mit Blick auf die Pferdekoppel ist auf unserem historischen Hof vor den Toren Nürnbergs. Es verfügt über eine kleine Küche mit 2er Induktionfeld, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und Trobolo Trenntoilette (genial, keine Geruchsbelästigung). Das Doppelbett 160 x 200 cm ist über eine Leiter erreichbar und das gemütliche Sofa mit Kamin runden den Wohnraum ab. Nur Outdoor Spüli/Shampoo erlaubt. Kamin und Feuerstelle nach Absprache.
