Victoria’s little cottage was a comfortable and cozy hidden gem! In a great location with some incredibly cute and friendly dogs. We were in town looking for housing as it was a peaceful place to unwind after long days of house hunting! Thank you Victoria for your friendliness and hospitality. This apartment has a lovely garden, which makes a stay very special. People should know that the apartment does not provide much space for cooking and clothes, especially for two guests, since it is just a tiny house. Raquel is very supportive, friendly, helps where she can very quickly and is flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which helped us a lot. It also great that a washer and dryer is included.

I loved Joel’s space. It was not only big but beautiful and quiet. I enjoyed listening to the birds sing. Watching the sunrise was also beautiful. Bonus was getting to meet him haha. Would def book again

Jill’s place is fabulous. The deck overlooking the creek is even more beautiful and relaxing than we expected. A wonderful base for exploring Marin county, San Francisco, Point Reyes National Seashore and beyond. We would love to come back!

When we entered Mary Lee’s backyard where the unit is located, we were instantly pleased with how beautiful and well landscaped it is. The studio is well built, with attention to detail and the use of quality materials. The décor was also pleasant and well thought out. In addition, we were satisfied with the fact that they provide 100% cotton towels and linen for the bed. The kitchen was well stocked with stainless steel cookware and everything we needed. Mary Lee and her husband David were friendly and responsive to all our requests. We would be happy to stay at their place again.

This spot is very well located, quiet, clean with everything you need. Very comfortable bedding. Very pleasant shaded patio. Marilynn is very friendly and responsive. An example, broken coffee maker changed within the next hour. We had a very good stay in this accommodation. Thanks again!

David‘s place was lovely. We really loved the backyard as it was very tranquil and very beautifully landscaped. If it hadn’t been such a windy week, we would have spent lots of time out there. The inside of that place was lovely and comfortable. David was a very nice host and very helpful as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet, private, and secure with a beautiful view overlooking the Bay with the Richmond bridge in the distance. Be aware of a steep driveway if you drive a manual transmission (well-maintained and not too long, but steep). Easy parking and a short walk partway down the driveway to a well-appointed cottage, very separate from the main house. Just right for a solo refreshment of spirit or a romantic getaway.

Caroline's place is a convenient spot in Mill Valley. It is close to many amenities and is far enough way from traffic so the location is quiet. She has an amazing garden and the access to the space is by walking through the garden. We actually enjoyed spending time with our grandson in the garden which was special. Caroline is also enthusiastic about providing assistance and suggestions without being intrusive. She us a fabulous host. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family.

It was a delight to stay at Carissa's Airbnb. It was roomy, airy, comfortable and private. It was great to have a porch and front yard to hang out and the kids loved the chickens and the local cat who came around every morning. Carissa was very communicative and responsive and accommodated my requests around check and check out.

Loved my stay! It was the perfect home base while exploring the Bay Area. Felt super safe—especially as a woman traveling alone—to be behind the main house, a locked gate, and with my own personalized entrance code. The space had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay at Pat and Stefan’s bungalow. It was appointed with everything I needed - comfy bed, quiet neighborhood, well-stocked kitchen, easy entry at night, and great communication from Pat. I, especially, liked his recommendation of an excellent Thai restaurant within walking distance and a hand-held shower head! I will see them again when my next granddaughter graduates from Berkeley HS🤗

My husband spent two nights at Nanci’s cottage (I was unable to go with him). He shared with me the place was spotless, private, quiet, well-appointed, in a great area with lots of walkable restaurants and coffee shops, very comfortable for sleep, and had a beautiful garden with wildflowers near the cottage entrance. It was a perfect spot for him. Highly recommended for a solo traveler or for a cozy couple. Would definitely consider again next time we’re in Oakland.

What a great spot!! Totally private and safe, but right by the best park in Oakland. Special bonus that there was kids books!
