If you have a chance to book one of Jenny's properties, I would encourage you to do so. Of all the hosts we have encountered, she is the best. The suite was spotless and thoughtfully appointed with everything someone could want during their stay. The grounds of her home were just beautiful, a welcomed retreat from the outside world. In addition, Jenny was an incredibly resposive host. She provided great recommendation and suggestions for our visit. She was also incredibly kind to my daughter. Thank you Jenny for your warmth in welcoming is to your home.

The neighborhood might appear rough around the edges to some but it is an up and coming neighborhood and was very safe. I was traveling as a solo mom with my child. The neighbors were very friendly as they walked their dogs. The street parking was easy to access. The local co-op was fantastic for groceries. Lots of local restaurants and a rock climbing gym close by. Great Sunday market. Highly recommend T’Chaka (Haitian cuisine) for a fancy lunch or dinner. The backyard area was such a lovely haven to relax. The hosts were super friendly and responsive for everything. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would happily return.

This was an absolutely perfect place for my son and I to stay for the week. Close enough to the University and downtown that we could do and see everything and anything we wanted, but far enough to be, you know, clean and quiet. My son and I don't mind close-quarters and the garden gave us a peaceful place to read and finish my coffee. Tucker is a wonderful host and I thank her for sharing her beautiful part of Berkeley with us (sorry if I talked your ear off about every block on Telegraph). My son and I definitely had the experience we needed, and that home was at the center of it.

Very comfortable. Was nice to have EV charging and dishwasher but refrigerator does not have freezer. Josh was great host.

This is a great place to stay in Berkeley! It is close to downtown Berkeley (with great food) and the University. It is also a near a BART station (which I used to get to Oracle Park! ) Shannon was also super accommodating and understanding of my situations and for that I truly appreciate it! Tysm! Highly recommended for OOMPH students at UC Berkeley, super convenient and near the building where your classes take place. Favorite food place so far: Cholita Linda Will come back here again! Easy to get to restaurants and interesting locations in the Bay Area from Geri’s place. The space itself is very tastefully designed and has everything necessary for a long or short stay. Highly recommended.!!!

Perfect place if you’re visiting an adult child and don’t need a kitchen because you’ll be going out to eat all meals. The price is right, Morey is the perfect host — responsive, good man, not in it for the money. Had a great time.

Cara's place was perfect! It's in a beautiful spot in the Berkeley hills. The apartment is spacious, well-decorated, and comfortable. The kitchen was (more than!) fully stocked and the apartment had anything one could need. Cara provided useful detailed instructions about the apartment and was around in case anything came up. I loved my stay and hope to be back sometime soon!

This Airbnb is a perfect place for a one or two people! If you’re looking for a place to stay near the city, this a great location with a good amount of parking!

Sweet and clean house, my girlfriend and I had a very cozy stay here, the backyard is feeling mellow, it was so nice to sit there and watch the sunset. By the way, there are books and music records (mostly jazz) about San Francisco. All in all, lovely place, would recommend!

I recently stayed at an Airbnb in Inner Richmond, hosted by Malcolm, who was incredibly warm and welcoming. His keen interest in getting to know his guests through thoughtful questions made the experience feel personal and engaging. I always stay at Airbnb's when I'm traveling... this one exceeded all of my expectations! Mike's place is paradise. The views are phenomenal and the little coastal town of Pacifica is welcoming and comfortable. They recommended lovely hikes and places to eat. (Devil's slide hike was spectacular and make sure you check out Soul Grind Cafe!) I can't wait to visit again next year!!!

We had a great experience staying here. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Communication with Susan was smooth and easy and she was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Location was perfect and parking on the street was easy. We absolutely loved our stay here! The view of the water was amazing to wake up to, lots of wildlife, and felt very private. The studio is clean and charming and has plenty of kitchenware despite not having a full kitchen! Would definitely stay here again.

Masha is a great host and their place is top notch here in the East Bay! Everything was perfect, and such a massive space which included a separate bedroom and big shower, full kitchen and living room. Anytime we are back here we will be booking this place specifically as it has everything you could possible need.

James was always pleasant and very responsive to any questions I had. He was also accommodating when anything was needed. The place was lovely, comfortable and pristine with all the necessary items one would need. From the very private back deck surrounded by beautiful green foliage the view was awesome...a perfect place to have your morning cup of coffee.

My sister and I loved our stay here! It was nice and cozy and felt very private. The hosts’ expectations and instructions were super easy to follow! And the place was super tidy as well. Would definitely come back next time I’m in Berkeley! :)

Everything was exactly as shown in pictures and descriptions. We really appreciated the private backyard area to hang out in at some point each day we were there. There was just he right amount of shade and sun and comfortable chairs to lounge in. The interior was just perfect for us as well, very comfortable and well equipped. The bed and linens were comfortable but maybe just a light blanket in the summer time is all you need as it does get a little warm upstairs. We love the neighborhood (our son lives just a few blocks away) and we took the advice of Laura and got some tacos at Oscars Tacos just down the street. Amazing vegetarian options, especially the sweet potato one. Curbiside for ice cream is always a favorite of ours as well, just a few blocks in the other direction. We would recommend for a stay to anyone considering.

It was the perfect spot for my first solo trip

Nice place, love that we had another small study room. The room was in the host's backyard and have a separate entrance. Host was also thoughtful to remind us on turning the steering wheel when parking, because the street was on a gentle slope. Overall good stay!

This is a super Airbnb location with a friendly and responsive host. The tranquil setting and private access made for a very restful stay. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, both the bed and sofa-bed were wonderfully clean and comfy, and the shower was majestic! Fred has thought of every detail to make his guests feel at home. We would definitely stay again!

A comfortable spot on a quiet residential street but not far from a commercial area. The host provided local recommendations, helpful tips for parking and was very responsive. Our experience helped us enjoy our days in SF!
