Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Alameda

Had a lovely stay at Annette and Fred’s place - the location was great, the house was fully stocked and the hosts were extremely responsive when we had questions. Having a hot tub and gas fireplaces were an added bonus for spending the evenings admiring the views.

We loved this home. The area was great and near everything and the street was nice and quiet for the area. The home was immaculate, the care to maintain this home is obvious! Next time we are in San Francisco, this will be our first choice for lodging.

Book this now! Jim & Deb's place is a cozy place to stay right in the heart of the Mission Dolores neighborhood. So close to Dolores Park & the J line and other various muni bus stops. The place itself has everything you'd need and has been so thoughtfully laid out. Very comfortable bed! Would love to stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Tracy's place - it was quiet, peaceful, and my girls (dogs) and I had a wonderful time at this home. We loved the yard and even enjoyed a day grilling in the yard with lovely views of the bay and city lights. While I did not need all of the space that was provided, it would be exceptional for two couples or a famility with children! I would certainly recommend staying at Tracy's for anyone wishing to visit Berkeley and I will certainly try to schedule another visit at this home for my next Berkely trip.

We had a wonderful stay celebrating my mom’s birthday! The home was clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Duke was incredibly kind and accommodating—he even allowed us an early check-in so we could set up for our small family dinner, which meant so much to us. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Walnut Creek. Thank you, Duke, for helping make this celebration so special!

Fabulous trip! We were greeted warmly by Jana and settled easily into the spaces of this large character home on a quiet cul de sac. It worked perfectly for our group of four. We loved the peaceful feeling of being on the water and the nearby pathways along the bay; it's lovely to sit outside to read and sip something. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it is very well-equipped. We got in some great hikes and meals at Mt. Tam, San Rafael, San Anselmo, Fairfax and Pt. Reyes as well as a SFMOMA day in the city. A wonderful location! Don't hesitate.

We loved Anna & Alex’s lovely home! We were so happy to be able to park in a driveway, as many of the homes on the block have street parking only. The back yard is adorable. We had easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. Grocery stores and yummy restaurants are within minutes. Our first girl’s trip was a blast!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The views, however, must be experienced firsthand. Definitely recommend!

Just wanted to clarify a comment I saw about being fined or overcharged. From my experience, the host was very clear and fair. We originally booked for 7 people but let her know ahead of time that we’d need space for 10. We paid the extra cost upfront and didn’t get hit with any surprise fees—follow the rules and she’ll be a great host. That said, not all 11 beds are full beds. We used the space for a company retreat where everyone expected their own full bed, so a few folks ended up booking hotels or crashing on sofas. But again, the host communicated all of that clearly in advance.

Once you open the door, you are transplanted into a space where a breath is taken and a breath is held. If you are seeking a calmness, this home is the one. Pride of ownership is evident in the furnishings, personal touches and in the whole home itself. Didn’t want our stay to end.

My friends and I stayed at Seaon’s home for about a week and we felt right at home. It was a cozy spot with a beautiful outdoor porch and garden to hang out in. There was enough beds for four adults and a baby. Seaon was very easy to communicate with and also responsive when we discussed anything regarding the house. The neighborhood was fairly quiet during our stay which is always nice. We drove to Oakland, San Francisco, and parts of wine country from the house and found it to be in a good central location. I highly recommend this spot if you are looking for somewhere to stay with your group.

We booked this place for a family staycation to spend a long weekend doing nothing but relaxing. This place exactly fit the bill. The hot tub was amazing, the pool was lovely and clean. Our little daughter thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. The place was clean and well appointed with amenities. Best of all, when we realized we might end up arriving earlier then check in time, Alex promptly set us up to arrive a while hour and a half before time!

Our family had the most incredible weekend at Gina's beautiful home! First of all, a HEATED POOL makes all the difference, huge plus! We loved spending time in the backyard with so many beautiful outdoor areas to hangout with family, including your own private dock with a kayak! We were a little bummed the outdoor firepit wasn't working because we loved being outside so much but maybe next time. We hope to come back soon! We loved the big wooden table and big cozy couch for all 8 of us to enjoy time eating meals and playing games together! It was super convenient to have the grocery store just 6 minutes down the road as well. She was also extremely accommodating which made the stay even better!

Excellent host, very attentive and helpful, if you are looking for a place to hang out and having fun with friends is the perfect place for you!!
