House holiday rentals in Alamo Heights

Our family of 14 had more than enough room to have different activities at one time. Pool was a blessing and family enjoyed evenings swimming and playing. Sleeping accommodations were perfect for our family as well. Was close enough to attractions which was also a plus. Thank you for sharing your home this past week.

Absolutely loved our stay! The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect from the start. We were welcomed with thoughtful snacks in the movie room, which was such a nice touch. The entire place was spotless, quiet, and beautifully maintained — we truly felt right at home. The amenities were top-notch and made our stay extra comfortable. Would definitely book again! Five stars all the way!

We stayed here for vacation and it was great. We felt like we were at home and we had everything we need and had lots of entertainment. I recommend this location and host to everyone visiting the San Antonio area who also wants to be close to everything like stores and downtown.

Location of the property was in a quite neighborhood with easy access to most attractions. Amenities were excellent for both adults and kids to enjoy. Well maintained house and kitchen was stocked with lot of pots and pans plus all other cooking items. We arrived when it was 99F outside and it took some time to cool down. Some part of the house took longer to cool down but eventually we felt fine. Garage was hot so we were able to use the ping pong and other games either rolling up the door or in the night time. Overall everyone had great time and memorable weekend. Andre was very responsive to all our queries. Kids enjoyed in their own bedroom with bunk bed. Drive way was big enough to park cars. I would recommend this place for larger groups. Pickleball and simming pool was the big attraction that kept both adults and kids going.

Mollee was a great host! I told her that we were staying there the night before our wedding and when we arrived we were greeted with a card and a treat to help us celebrate. The house was clean and well organized, perfect for our short stay. With plenty of things to do around, like the botanical gardens, parks, zoo, and plenty of restaurants, it’s the perfect area and house to spend some time in San Antonio.

If we were to return to San Antonio, I would consider staying at this place again. It is perfect for a small family.

Super clean, super comfortable, and it was amazing to find a place with two main suites. So close to everything… Definitely rebooking the next time I’m in town!

Katherine was a fabulous host and her home was in a terrific and quiet location close to everything we needed! We appreciated her willingness to allow us to check out a little later than planned due to our son’s tournament schedule. The beds were very comfy and her home had all of the amenities we needed. I would highly recommend Katherine’s home if traveling to San Antonio/Alamo Heights.

We had a great time at Stephen's place. it was within easy walking distance of multiple restaurants and the Pearl. The house was lovely and well kept and Stephen was extra helpful when we reached out with questions.

Gina’s place was absolutely spotless and felt like a home away from home. It was cozy, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully equipped with modern technology and all the essentials—plenty of towels, hangers, snacks, and drinks. The location was perfect—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still super convenient to Walmart, The Alamo, Riverwalk, shopping spots, and great restaurants. Even Six Flags and SeaWorld were both under a 25-minute drive! Gina was a fantastic host—her communication was prompt and helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone planning a trip to San Antonio!

Lovely home away from hime in a desirable location/ would definitely stay again when in SAT.

Hosting my retiring 74 year-old mother and my college-graduating 21 year-old niece, I was looking for a non-corparate vibe that connected all the dots while providing a family feel. Boy did this place come through! Firstly, as the plane was delayed, it was great to arrive to this level of comfort in less than 7 minutes from airport sidewalk to family residence. The pictures and descriptions are true to Sara's home. One does step into a time capsule on arrival. A short few minutes drive one has the choice of Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and and 2 above average HEBs. From this comfortable space, most of San Antonio's main attractions, the Alamo, the Riverwalk, Six Flags, Universities, etc are within a 9-18 minute drive. If you like beautiful homes & architecture you can practically walk from Sara's Mid-Century gem to Olmos Park and enjoy a tour of some of San Antonio's finest homes. I'm looking forward to receiving more guests here in San Antonio. I'll definitely return to Grandma's!
