Andreas is a friendly and excellent host. The apartment is well equipped. It was very clean and as shown or described in the pictures. The apartment is located near the vineyards. There are some wine taverns that can be easily reached on foot. From a nearby bus stop, you have a good connection to Vienna in the city. We felt very comfortable there and spent some nice days. Would immediately book with Andreas again for another stay.

Excellent apartment with very modern features, including the kitchen and bathroom. We found everything we needed for a great stay for two couples. We couldn’t find the remote to turn on the AC and had to wait a few hours for a response from the owner. Also, the AC units were in the kitchen and hallway, but not in the bedrooms, so they didn’t cool the sleeping areas effectively. We also didn’t expect the apartment to be on the 3rd floor. Overall, it was a great stay.

A great place to stay and enjoy the Donau island, as well as the Vienna city center as it is close to U1 station, you can easily and quickly go to the city center by U1. The whole apartment is so clean and cozy, Niva is very friendly and communicates with warmth and clarity. There are many groceries, markets, restaurants, etc., near the apartment. I had a great time in Vienna staying in this lovely house.

We loved our stay in Vienna at this apartment. We were studying at WU and it was the perfect walking distance to campus (10 minutes) and an easy 5-10 min walk to the metro stations. Roman was very responsive and helped us with any issues we had. We appreciated the simple instructions for check-in and check-out! Overall, a clean and great space for 2 - although it was large and we could've definitely fit more! Thank you Sonja-Maria and Roman for a great stay!

Everything is excellent with few drawbacks: 1. Total apartment is having only ONE TOILET and very difficult for 5 persons to manage. 2. Apartment is having Washing machine but no drier. We have to dry clothes by putting on dry racks.

We were in Peter's great apartment for the second time and felt very comfortable again... The apartment is super equipped and very cozy, especially the beautiful lounge furniture on the balcony... Also the location of the apartment is just great, you are in 5 minutes on foot at the old Danube and in 10 minutes at the U1 to get around the city... The communication with Peter was great, he is very friendly and always responded directly... Thanks for a great stay....

A very beautiful and comfortable place to stay in Vienna, it matches the vibe of the city perfectly. The bed is very comfortable and I slept great! My only complaint was that it's rather far out of the way of the main city center, but otherwise I'd happily stay here again!

Apartment was easy to get to and from, located close to the station, clean and cosy

We had a great stay of two days in the apartment – perfect for the four of us! The accommodation is super equipped: everything you need for cooking or washing, and even a PlayStation for entertainment. We would like to highlight the generous bicycle cellar – ideal for all those who travel by bike. The apartment is cozy, clean and really leaves nothing to be desired. Clear recommendation!

Great stay, clean, quiet, comfy and steps to the metro. Nice neighborhood with ample options for groceries with restaurants nearby. Clemens is a very responsive host.

Very clean and spacious housing, with everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, great view, cosy garden and the metro is nearby. You also have access to free wifi and netflix. The hosts were very receptive and friendly, great communicators! Would come back gladly!

Great location right next to the metro

This accommodation is located on the edge of the new Sonnwendviertel and is super connected with public transport. The Viktor Adler Markt is within walking distance. The roof terrace is great!

Emilia's unit is located on the 2nd floor. Place is 3-4mins walk away from nearest station. And to Stephansplatz is 2 train stops away. There are Billa supermarket, bread shop and post office. We walked across the park to get to the station and the neighbourhood is kids friendly and safe most important. The unit is very spacious as described. The 2 sofa beds in the living room are comfy too. There are 2 big separate dryer and washer amd that's our main pt. We closed the windows all the time to isolate traffic noise. The kitchen also has oven and necessary utensils. The lift maybe small but it's ok to take 2 turns for a family of six. Overall we really recommend taking this unit.

Individual accommodation with charm. Well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable, large mattress, large bathtub with bubbly. If you want to watch movies/series or something, it's best to bring an adapter for the computer (HDMI comes out of the wall and is connected to the projector. Within walking distance, there is a bus and tram. (Line two we recommend because it is above ground and you can see so much). Since we arrived very early, we also got permission to plug in earlier, which we found very friendly. Unfortunately, we had problems opening the door, but after the phone call with AirBnB support, this worked out too. Overall a very positive experience. We enjoyed our time in Vienna very much.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Vienna! The apartment was spacious, very clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Getting to the city center was easy with the 42 tram just a short walk away.
