A colorful, renovated non-smoking apartment with separate entrance for you. The apartment is quietly located, close to the city and spacious (65 square meters). The center can be reached in about 15 minutes' walk or you can walk 2 minutes to the bus stop. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people. There is a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. In addition, you use a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, hallway and storage room. A children's travel bed and high chair are available on request.

Diese ist nur über Treppe im vierten Stock (kein Fahrstuhl) zu erreichen und man hat einen herrlichen Blick über den Dächern Oldenburgs. Falls Sie mit dem Auto anreisen, teilen Sie uns dies bitte im Voraus mit, es steht Parkplatz vor dem Haus . Alle öffentlichen und privaten Bereiche Nichtraucherzonen.

Hof von Donnerschwee / Helene apartment

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

Enjoy your stay in Oldenburg in this quiet and centrally located home. By bus (the Drielake bus stop is about a 4-5 minute walk away), you can reach the train station and in the city in a maximum of 10 minutes. It's just as fast by bike. It takes about 25 minutes to get to the university. For families with children, there is a beautiful, large playground at the end of our cul-de-sac, in the middle of the countryside. Shopping (penny, Combi, Lidl) are nearby.

We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.
