The garden is overgrown with plants so that it cannot be seen in from outside and is exclusively available. A Gasgrill and fireplaces both inside and outside with wood is included. Whirlpool (50€ / stay; April-October) and sauna (25€ for / night; all year) can be booked for additional cost. A Carport for one car (up to 2 m high) is available.

Modern apartment to feel good in Salzwedel

Our 35 sqm apartment was modernized and designed in 2019. It looks bright and friendly as a result. The furnishings are functional, but also comfortable. You can reach the apartment behind the house via a staircase. The entrance is separate and is located on the upper floor of our single-family house built in 2010. The house is situated in beautiful green surroundings not far from the Dumme river, yet you can walk to the idyllic old town of Salzwedel in just a few minutes.

You are booking a 2018 lovingly renovated and furnished approx. 80 square meter apartment in the beautiful Wendland. The apartment is fantastically located between a large organic orchard meadow and an 18-hole golf course. The garden and meadow offer you plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy nature. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.
