Genießt die nahegelegene Gastronomie mit Sundowner-Optionen und die Nähe zum Trendviertel Ottensen mit seinen zahlreichen Shoppingmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Liebe Gäste, das zu mietende Objekt liegt in zweiter Reihe an der Elbchaussee. Sie können den Garten mitbenutzen (großes Trampolin mit Basketballkorb). Die Himmelsleiter und damit die Treppe zum Elbstrand ist 2 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Dort kann man einen Kaffee in der Strandperle oder dem Ahoi genießen und eine Kleinigkeit essen. Internet ist vorhanden und darf mitbenutzt werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Metzgerei) sind fußläufig 5-10 Minuten in der Liebermannstrasse zu finden.

Our approx. 90 square meter apartment is located in Norderstedt district of Glashütte, directly in the north-western affluent suburbs of Hamburg. The city center of Hamburg can be reached by car in about 1/2 hour by car, the surrounding moors in about 20 minutes on foot. The sun-drenched apartment is colorful and cheerfully decorated and has a large TV and a fully equipped kitchen. A guest parking space is right on the property.
