The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

The city center and harbor can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. The charming 56m2 house is a former artist studio which offers the perfect combination of urban flair and tranquility. The house impresses above all with its amazing location. Nestled in a quiet green courtyard, you will find numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, boutiques and supermarkets just a short walk away.
